Rise and Fall
The witch's deal was simple - 'Tits for Brains'. She offered to tie your intellect to your chest. As your breasts grew larger, so did your brain. It felt a bit weird at first, but as your intellect rose with your chest, you realized it was the optimal strategy to go as big as possible.
Of course, what was impeding your judgement was the other side affect. As your big boobies jiggled, they also jumbled your brain. Making it difficult to focus but also sooooo horny. You want to feel good like this and forget things.
So you went bigger. Bounced your boobies. Broke your increasingly big brain. Rising and falling forever between savant and slut.
