georgie was quick on her feet as she ran out of the store, still wearing the leather jacket with a security tag hanging off the side. after being caught trying to rip it off, she had no other choice but to run. turning around a corner, she nearly ran into someone. her eyes met theirs for a moment before turning to look over her shoulder at the angry store clerk still looking for her. she took the persons hand, dragging them with her out of view and she held a finger up to her lips, “shh.” georgie shushed with a small giggle, letting go of their hand and giving it a few seconds, “is she still there?” she asked, raising an eyebrow. “and do you know how to get these damn things off?” she added, holding the corner of the jacket with the security tag still on it.

jordan grinned, “you might want to start worrying if i ever say no to going to a bar,” he teased, fingers pulling through his hair before falling back down to his side. “oh yeah? well i’m sure i have enough to cover everything and more,” jordan chuckled as she mocked his use of the word babe. “i didn’t think you were the kind of girl to disappoint. sounds like we are going to have to make this even more interesting then. what do you say to a small wager, beautiful?”

“have i ever told you how gorgeous/handsome you are? and i’m not just saying that because i’m a little drunk.” jordan smirked, laughing a bit at the way his words were slurring at this point from the alcohol. “how about another drink? it’s on me.”

georgie narrowed her gaze on him, studying him carefully as if he was some sort of science experiment. though maybe it was more like an abstract piece of art in a museum. either way, she was silent for a few seconds, lifting her frappuccino to her lips and taking a sip, an annoying sound coming from doing this due to the lack of drink at the bottom. “i was going to say james dean before you brought up the suit... but if you want to downgrade yourself...” she finally spoke out of the blue, removing the lid from her drink in order to use her straw and get the remains of some whipped cream from the bottom. “speaking of conspiracy theories though... actually this isn’t even relevant. but there is a house up the road that is supposedly haunted, how about you join me, man in black?” she raised a brow, hiding the hint of a grin but chewing on her straw.
