-Interdependence- Not A Pleasant Working Environment
You get to work on a variety of accounts, mostly startups, so you get great experience when it comes to being creative with strategies.
Rapid turnover of clients and employees. Blatant workplace discrimination. Contracts promise unrealistic things, like guaranteed sales/ROI. Contracts can be very short, so clients get angry when the promises made in the contracts aren't delivered.
Listen to employee feedback and take action on what needs to be improved. Revamp the entire new business process. HIRE HR before you get sued (you wouldn't be the first PR agency to get sued and lose) . Get real benefits. Promote from within and recognize good employees. Raise the salaries to meet market standards. Don't put anyone on more than 4 to 5 accounts (10-12 isn't realistic).

Hiring & Firing company. Worst application code. AutoGrid company review
Friday free lunch that too stopped.
1. More than 20 people firing seen in 10 months for various reasons. Covid, performance and random reason.
 2. CEO send his friends to lead office at Bengaluru every year. It's more of sightseeing and vacation for them rather meeting objectives.
Please hire HR one you hired was asked to leave in 20 odd days.

STAY AWAY
Some people who work there have souls
Most people who work there will drain your soul. No room for advancement, no room for growth....plan to have your life drained with no compensation. Company seems to be run by rich white kids generational wealth. Little to none minority hires.
Pay your employees, stop being "white males only", be safer

Interview at Hypa Group
Hi I was wondering knew anything about Hypa Group, especially whether they’re an mlm?
I’ve checked out their website which literally says nothing except “Be bold. Our mission: To build great people to do extraordinary things. What we do “... we specialise in expanding clients customer base through face to face acquisitions while utilising multiple different strategies like events, residential and business to business to reach clients desired budgets.” (wtf does that mean?)
Seems a little sketchy... and in the past they were trying to recruit backpackers and now hospitality workers.
I also have interviews and job trials at other businesses so I definitely don’t need this job.

Absentee Everything.
Free In'N Out from time to time
Incompetent leadership across the C-suite.
Find a leadership team that cares and wants to run the business. I worked there long enough to care, and I saw nothing from the leadership that showed that they cared about the company. When the CEO says, "if you can't sell media for AudienceX then leave" doesn't inspire you to jump through hoops and go the extra mile. And when the COO says that everything is extraordinary, and transformational that tells me that he has no idea what he's doing so he uses hyperbole to inflate his value and the success of the company. And when SDRs get phone calls from collection agencies looking for money that raises red flags. And when the CRO will not accept debate, constructive criticism or suggestions and favors a "my way or the highway" approach to management, that's the signal to hit the road as he won't listen. To the CRO, as the new guy, it's your job to listen, learn and adapt. Business 101, your lack of self-awareness and ability to read a room is definitely a blind spot that will come back to haunt you. I've worked at a few different ad tech companies is AX was by far the worst run business with zero morals, ethics or compassion. Anyone considering a position here ought to really read between the lines in the "positive" reviews. Finally, congratulations on being named on of LA's or Inc's best AdTech companies to work for, c'mon, stop lying to yourselves and take a long look in the mirror.

Worst place I've ever worked!!! Stay away.
On occasion the owner's wife will bring employees a Starbucks drink.
No respect or raises for employees. Salaries very low. No work life balance. No flexibility to leave early for events even when have work 60+ hrs a week. Insists on a firm 8:30-5:00 work schedule. Stressful work situation with childish maniac owner with lots of time waste meetings where the owner rants on and on, yells, berates, and belittles employees in front of all co-workers. Bad industry reputation of being difficult to work with and carriers avoid dealing with this agency. They don't want to change or be a better employer.

Worst company ever worked, stay away (Appscore review)
Nothing much, just another consulting company
One of the things I've asked from the company before joining was on the company's policy about employment layoff as I've witnessed similar consulting companies making their employees redundant when they couldn't find projects. The response I've been given was "We never do that". After joining I was assigned to a client and at the end of the project, what Appscore's response was "We tried to find a project for you but we couldn't, unfortunately, we have to let you go". Talked to several other employees who faced the same situation, Basically, the strategy of this company is to employ people on the permanent basis in order to maximise the profit and then let them go immediately when no assignments available for them. Think twice before joining as a permanent employee as your role is considered permanent as long as they have projects.

STAY AWAY
The "CEO," Richard Wang, is an absolute joke. He was originally let go by the founder but came back in 2019. He's a MIT grad but I have no idea how. The man has no insight on how to run a company or lead people, thus why Dojo has shut down multiple offices and furloughed half of their employees in 2020. The lack of leadership is unbelievable. Richard brought back multiple former Dojo employees to work under him as upper management and even hand picked strategic employees to increase the business, but it all fell flat. None of the leadership team has a reason to be in their position other than they act serve as "yes people" for Richard. Note; even the founder, Michael Choi, has left the company. Quote from Choi during a company all hands meeting, "if you want to make money, do not get into the education sector." There are positive reviews of the company because Dojo managers bribed the employees and students to write them with gift cards. This happened multiple times in 2019 and 2020. Please stay away. This company has been close to bankrupt before and it is going there again.

Beautiful stylish restaurant but disappointing food!
This place is beautiful but the food was very disappointing. I had the super salad with chicken and my husband had the seafood linguine. Mine was dry tasteless chicken and cold soggy veg. The best bit was the lettuce as it had some dressing. Linguine had undercooked pasta, few pieces of seafood and was tasteless. Had heard this place was fab, but that refers to the interiors, not the food. Left feeling very underwhelmed.

Avoid InTheMoneyStocks
I LOST MONEY following trades that Gareth Soloway said he did in Verified Investing (swing trading). In June and July 2020, 80% of his positions are short (AMZN,TSLA, NVDA, SE, EBAY, MSFT, etc. all solid stocks that are the reason market is rising and fall least when the market falls) and almost all his positions are at 15-40% loss. (Ask to see their OPEN POSITIONS, not track record, and you will see how deep in red his short positions are). His trick to cover his losses is to add to his short positions when his shorted stocks go up, therefore raising his average short sell price. But how many TSLA shares can you short when you started shorting it under under $1000 (and now it is over $1600), before you run out of margin? He places his stop losses quite wide, meaning your loss could be quite large, but he will have more time waiting for a pullback, sometime months. Sometimes that correction never happens: He shorted SQ around $25 in June 2017 and now it is over $120 !!! But you never see almost 500% loss in his track record because he has not closed his position yet !

Orthogonal Thinker shadiness??
And it will be a while before we know if the patent is worth anything since the application won't publish until 2021.
After digging some more I worry about their ability to execute. Their co-founder and CEO, Jason Hobson, also works as a lawyer at a law firm (Orthogonal lists this as a risk) while the other co-founder and chairman of the board, David Nikzad, put his last two companies into bankruptcy: Nikzad Design and Floor Covering in 2009 and Boardbrokers in 2016. Google 'David Nikzad bankruptcy' and those are the first two search results. Even worse, in the most recent bankruptcy he was sued by the trustee for fraudulent transfer bc he and his partner paid themselves almost half a million $ while the business was insolvent.
I hope for their investors' sakes that this time will be different.

The Premiere Event The Premiere Event is not about talent but money
http://www.premiereevent.com/
I was coming back from my office and was listening to my favourite channel on radio. There was an advertisement airing on the channel from last two days for a free audition. The audition was for children between 5-18 years and was organized by the casting directors of Disney and Nick. I ignored it the first day but it attracted my attention the other day.
I was super excited to share the news with my boy as I knew he had interest in acting. It was free and close to our house. So, it was convenient for me as well. We visited the venue on the desired date. The audition was planned at Chattanooga TN. There were few more parents with their children and were waiting for their chance.
A guy handed me a form to fill my personal details such as email address and phone number and he gave the commercial to my son for rehearsal. The hotel was good and I was relieved thinking that we are at the right place. The audition was in the ballroom.
After they were over with the form filling formalities, they took us for a presentation about the company and its accomplishments. They also showed the way casting will be done and the career graph of our children. My son was really happy after seeing what he could do and whom he can meet if he succeeds in the audition.
However, everything that glitters is not gold. The premiere event is fake and a money-making institution. But, lets stick to the story here first. So, we were taken to a person who was taking care of our queries if any. He was saying the same thing to everyone and it was so well rehearsed that it seemed so real. It was not though.
After all these formalities and fake presentation, the audition started. My son was a novice but he did well. We finished with the audition and were told that if and only if your son has what we are looking for, we will give you a call as soon as by the next day.
We left and while returning to our house, I checked about The Premiere Event on google. I did not find about the Premiere Event but there were videos on YouTube about ‘The Event’. There was a girl describing about a lady with the same appearance and physic as the one at our event that day.
So, I felt it strange and was confirmed about their scam after watching few more videos. Everyone was talking about the similar pattern and the way they trick you into paying.
The next day, I got a call and I was expecting it too. The guy on the phone told me that he we need to pay the registration fee for signing up our son with them. However, we had already discovered about their scam and was ready for the answer. We refused and he tried to convince us.
Nevertheless, we were saved from a lot that could have happened. They will soon get what they deserve. Stay away from them.
