She carry first cub in her mouth and walk few kilometers. She got the new safe place for her cubs in new dance grassland. He walks very hard in the noon time .The weather is hot and windy.

Now after keeping her first cub, she went again to find the second cub, but the cub roamed somewhere in bushes after an hour of hectic searching she give up and return... She was thirty and tried. She is mother also. She went to find the water nearby. She saw small pond and went their. One big lion was setting there. That’s lion is his pride male or father of her children. .Pride lion greet her and they hugged each other. The lioness drink water from pond she leave him to search her second cub. She walks few kilometers reached where lioness lost her second cub. As whether is become good and now she able to catch her second cub. Cub sees her mother after long time happy and went to hug her .mother carry her cub in mouth and start walking .suddenly the pride male sees her with something dangling from her mouth. Male lion rush thinking that some food is carried by her, so he rushes to share.
As male lion attack, but that’s was their own baby. Lion go back but, the behavior of his father cub trepidation. Female lion again try to carry by mouth, but cub refused to be carried in mouth. This is because the cub faced cruelty of his father make him annoyed and pitiless. She finally give-up and cub and mother walk to their second home where first cub is waiting.
The moral of story is story is Parents should behave properly in front to children.
Pakistan never develops due to above grounds.
Management should learn to behave properly with his labor.

TRP scam
A target rating point (TRP) is a metric used in marketing and advertising to indicate the proportion of the target audience reached by a campaign or advertisement through a communication medium. In the particular case of television, a device is attached to the TV set in a few thousand viewers' houses to measure impersonation. These numbers are treated as a sample from the overall TV owners in different geographical and demographic sectors. Using a device, a special code is telecasted during the programme, which records the time and the programme that a viewer watches on a particular day. The average is taken for a 30-day period, which gives the viewership status for the particular channel.
Two electronic methods are there for calculating TRP
1. People meters device is installed in some places or set in selected homes to calculate the TRP. In this way some thousand audience are surveyed in the form of righteousness and sampling. These gadgets record data about the channel or programme watched by the family members or selected people. Through this meter the information of TV channel or programme for one minute is carried out by the INTAM a monitoring team i.e. Indian Television Audience measurement. After analyzing the information, the team decides the TRP of the channel or programme. Or we can say that this data is later analyzed by the agency to create a national TRP data of various TV channels and TV programmes.
2. Second method is known as picture matching where the people meter records a small portion of the picture that is being watched on the TV. This data is collected from a set of homes in the form of pictures and later on is analyzed to calculate the TRPs.
Accounting to Mumbai Police, money was given to customer to see particular channel. some channels alleged for these Scam .
Truth is truth .FALSE is false
Please spot these types of competitions.
Don’t play with the faith of public
Don’t make these channels as the stake holders of political parties.
For public TRP means TRASCRIBE THE REAL PICTURE.

AYODHYA TEMPLE – BABRI MASIJD & DISPUTES
WHY PEOPLE WRESTLE
The Babri Masjid was built in 1528-29 (935AH) by general Mir Bagi on the orders of the Mughal Emperor Babur .The mosque was attacked and demolished by hindu Kar Sevaks in 1992,which ignited communal violence across the Indian sub continents.
The AYODHYA dispute is political historical and socio religious issues in India.
Hindu believes that part of land is Lord Rama birth palace.
Muslim believes that part of land is place of masjid.
Hindu Religion -4000years old
Muslim Religion -1400 year old
Islam originated in Mecca and Medina at the start of the 7th century CE. Muslims regard Islam as a return to the original faith of the prophets, such as Jesus, Solomon, David, Moses, Abraham, Noah and Adam, with the submission (islam) to the will of God.
In 1528 AD Babar come to AYODHYA and halted here for a week. He destroyed the ancient temple and on its site built a mosque ,still known as Babur’s mosque .Archeologist K K Muhammed have given facts that Ram Temple exited before mosque in Ayodhya.
According to valmiki Ramayan the birth of Ram was 5114 AD on 10 Jan at 12.05 PM
Hindus fight for Ram birth land for nearly 135 years. From-1885 till 2019.
The Indian prime minister Narendra modi performed bhomi pujan and laid the foundation stone of Ram temple in Ayodhya on 5th August 2020 .It will take 36 months to complete.
Syed IKLAQ LATIFI stand on the roof of his home from where he watched in horror as a mob of Hindu activities’ destroyed the Babri Masyid in 1992 .It was only the mob feeling regarding respect for Ram and his jam bhomi demolished babri masjid .Almost 2000 people died in these Riots.
Nearly 30 years after the babri MASJID Was razed by a mob in utter Pradesh, a special central bureau investigation (CBI) Courts in Lucknow on 30th September 2020 acquitted all 32 accused including BJP leader L K ADVANI ,MURLI MONAHAR JOSHI , UMA BHARTI citing lack of evidence including KALYAN SINGH .
That’s all about the story of Ram mandir.
I am asking to both sides of people -Why do we fight for religion?
It’s true that people of both the culture visit each other puja palace. Hindu go to durgah why .
We believe in each other religion and give same respect to Ramayana & Quran.
Think if Ayodhya develop, both the people get the benefits –
· TOURIST CENTRE

'Do you have maal?’: drugs addicted bollywood
Any chemically planned substance which is used to cure, treat, prevent or diagnose any disease in humans or animals as well is known as drugs. If a chemically created agent promotes physical and mental well being, then that can also be classified as a drug or a pharmaceutical agent. Drugs in large doses are considered poison. They can create toxic reactions in the body and cause staid spoil, even death. Certain drugs can also be addictive and lead us to form bad habits. The five classes of drugs are narcotics, depressants, stimulants, hallucinogens, and anabolic steroids. The three categories of drugs are Class A, Class B and Class C: heroin, cocaine, ecstasy and LSD are Class A drugs. speed, cannabis, ketamine, mephedrone and some amphetamines are Class B drugs. anabolic steroids, GHB and some tranquilisers are Class C drugs. Consumption of drugs can be Via inhalation, injection, smoking, ingestion, absorption via a patch on the skin or dissolution under the tongue.
. Sushant Singh Rajput's tragic death and the months long exploration has bring the chat back on Bollywood and drug obsession. The late actor’s partner Rhea Chakraborty has been sent to a 14-day judicial custody by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on 8 September, in relation to a drug link in the case. According to information, the Narcotics control Bureau (NCB) is summoning the many celebrities . The Directorate of Enforcement (ED), CID is a Central police investigation and intelligence department ,the Narcotics control Bureau (NCB) play major role in highlighting the above probe. 50% of celebrities are caught up in drugs consumption. This include peddlers ,agents ,fashion designers Directors, singers, estate constructors, Politicians’ celebrities assistance and other related profession people. They are role models .
How it works
Ø Top actors get drugs through junior artists.
Ø Junior’s artists are connected to drugs peddlers.
Ø Junior’s artist does it to please their industry seniors.
Ø Maximum celebrities consume drugs.
Ø Celebrities do not purchase directly, but through their supporting staffs .These underneath staff also become drug addicted.
Ø Many builders and politicians are drawn in these racket.
Ø This operation is carried out in secret manners. Specific sim cards used for drugs trading. Post a drugs deal sim cards usually destroyed.
Ø During the shoots most celebrities are under influence of drugs.
Ø In drug parties, drugs couriers’ code named “gotte”.
Ø ‘MD, ecstasy, LSD, paper are in the circulation now’
Ø LSD paper is available for about Rs 1000- Rs 1100, and in bottles for 49 drops for Rs 12,000.It also found that LSD is consumed in most parties in Mumbai and that drinks are easily spiked by using 1 drop of LSD.
Ø ‘Drugs supplied to get commendation for role’
Ganja (aka marijuana and weed) is all over the place, with a steady smattering of hashish. Opium and heroin are holding strong, but cocaine and ketamine are down. And the big new play is in methaqualon and ephedrine. Weed & cocaine CBD oil is common. From 1966-2001 the main consumption of drugs –Herione, cocaine, marijana
Bollywood is an industry where secrets, be it funny or dirty are not only stiff but impossible to keep. Bollywood Secrets and Scandals that are Shocking make their life disturbs.
Reasons for consumption of drugs by celebrities
· Depressions
· Surplus money- more purchasing power
· Live in relation & Relationship breakdown
· Life style & working hours
· Sexual harassment by their seniors
· Celebrities links with underworld
· Multi roles in film & psychological impact on their mind
· Fear of flop films and awards functions
· Closeness with Hollywood celebrities and their lifestyle.
· Nepotism
· Gap between two projects (films)
· Parents relationship breaks and remarriages & its effects celebrity’s children’s.
I want to ask all celebrities why they waste money. Instead of they go for social welfare. I request the government to open the film cities in other states also. Monitoring is required in behavior of celebrities just like in sports.

What we learn in management from lion behavior and characteristics
The lion (Panthera leo) is a species in the family Felidae and a member of the genus Panthera. It has a muscular, deep-chested body, short, rounded head, round ears, and a hairy tuft at the end of its tail. It is sexually dimorphic; adult male lions have a prominent mane. With a typical head-to-body length of 184–208 cm (72–82 in) they are larger than females at 160–184 cm (63–72 in). It is a soci al species, forming groups called prides. A lion pride consists of a few adult males, related females and cubs’ The tail of all lions ends in a dark, hairy tuft that in some lions conceals an approximately 5 mm (0.20 in)-long, hard "spine" or "spur" that is formed from the final, fused sections of tail bone. The functions of the spur are unknown. The tuft is absent at birth and develops at around 5 1⁄2 months of age. It is readily identifiable by the age of seven months.
Ø Lion are symbol of strength – The best example of strength which china is showing by spreading covid 19 and creating war Environment with many countries.
Ø Brave – willing to fight –This is the best example which India is showing by willing to fight with PAKISTAN, CHINA &NEPAL.
Ø LEADERSHIP – Actually leadership come in corporate from lion behavior & characteristic. Lion hide in bush and attack to enemy ,in similar manner ,business companies wait to know the marketing strategy of its competitors and after their reaction ,they float their strategy .
Ø Sound of lion can be heard 5miles away – In similar manner teachers and our Nata ,singer and also Swami Ramdev baba sound like that.
Ø Hunter – example entrepreneurs are hunters like lion.
Ø Team work and family business- lion leave in group and work together to defend territory and hunt .family business is best examples.
Ø Lions enjoy relaxing and lazing by resting and sleeping 16 to 20 hours – Many illegal works are done in night. Shift work, police etc.
Ø Lionesses are caring mother who will even take care of a neglected cub in the family- Indian family run in similar manner and take care of all children in family.
Ø Male lion eat first and female hunt. Similar example in Indian family management .most of agriculture work is done by female women ,but food is provided first to all male in family.
Ø King of jungle- top companies of world is best example.
Ø Lion communicate through a variety of vocalizations including purrs ,snarls, miaws and hissing - rhyming word , clapping ,show the love to other people by waving hands ,and eye contact are example which we copied from lion.
Ø Lion leave in caves – modern house are example. In olden days our ancestors also leave in caves.
Ø Lastly lion are pride and can eat his children but lionesses save them – our society is also male dominating and mother takes care of her children. In many societies male either murder his children if it is female child (now bend) and for sake of money males sell his children’s.

FARMER’S BILL PROS AND CONS
This week, the government introduced 3 transformative bills to increase farmer’s income. Today the Rajah Sabha incident motivates me to write blog on these bills and clear the confusion.
Three bills are as follows with explanations.
Ø The farmers product Trade and commerce (promotion & facilitation )Bill
To create a bionetwork where farmers and traders have the benefit of the freedom to sell and purchase farm produce outside registered 'mandis' under the states' APMCs. An Agricultural Produce Market Committee (APMC) is a marketing board established by a state government in India to ensure farmers are safeguarded from exploitation by large retailers, as well as ensuring the farm to retail price spread does not reach excessively high levels. They have freedom to sell their products in inter-state and intra-state it will lessen marketing/transportation costs and help farmers in getting improved prices. The bill have Encouraged electronic trading specially it will benefit the farmers children, as most of farmers children taking higher education Like MBA & BE.
ON the other hand States will lose revenue as they won't be able to gather 'mandi fees' if farmers sell their produce outside registered APMC markets. It will scrap the 'commission of agent which the farmers pay undue commission charges It may ultimately finish the MSP-based procurement system. Minimum Support Price (MSP) is a form of market intervention by the Government of India to insure agricultural producers against any sharp fall in farm prices. The minimum support prices are announced by the Government of India at the beginning of the sowing season for certain crops on the basis of the recommendations of the Commission for Agricultural Costs and Prices (CACP). MSP is price fixed by Government of India to protect the producer - farmers - against excessive fall in price during bumper production years
Ø Bill on contract farming The Farmer (Empowerment and Protection) Agreement of Price Assurance and Farm Services Bill, 2020
Farmers can come into a contract with agribusiness firms, processors, wholesalers, exporters or large retailers for sale of future farming produce at a pre-agreed price, they are not forced but they have opportunities to earn more. Marginal and small farmers, with land less than five hectares, to gain via aggregation and contract (Marginal and small farmers account for 86% of total farmers in India). If they entre they are protected with regulation framework. It will transfer the risk of market volatility from farmers to sponsors. Contract farming will allow the small farmers to integrate their production into supply chain processing. Secondly the best example is of poultry business contracts. 66% of poultry business is done in contracts. New changes will definitely create fear in mind of farmers, but ounce’s it come into streamline it will help them to use more modern technology .Effective dispute resolution mechanism with redressed timelines.
The farmers believe that this arrangement will exploit the farmers. Training is required to farmers regarding how to negotiate.
Ø The Essential Commodities (Amendment) Bill, 2020
To remove commodities like cereals, pulses, oilseeds, onion and potatoes from the list of essential commodities. It will do away with the imposition of stockholding limits on such items except under "extraordinary circumstances" like war. It will attract private sector and FDI in form of for farm infrastructure like cold storages, and modernizing food supply chain. It will create competitive market environment and cut wastage of farm produce.. Big companies will have the freedom to stock commodities- it means they will dictate terms to farmers which may lead to less prices for the cultivators. Recent decision on export ban on onion creates doubt on its execution. The government still has the power to regulate the prices for agriculture commodities. Additionally the food corporation of India will continue to stock essential commodities like rice and wheat and provide for ration.
It is not “anti farmer in nature, but it is based on one nation one market. The bills are not made to motivate the large corporate to exploit the farmers .The food will stock for poor people. Lastly free trade environment are created abolishing the protective trade for farmers. State government will not get 8.5 % tax revenue after execution of this bill if farmers sell outside the mandi.

DISASTROUS TRIANGLES OF WORLD &INDIA
China( wuhan) is responsible for covid 19 Pandemic & also be for Third world war . The first of which, Aksai Chin, is located either in the Indian union territory of Ladakh, or the Chinese autonomous regions of Xinjiang and Tibet; it is a virtually uninhabited high-altitude wasteland crossed by the Xinjiang-Tibet Highway. The other disputed territory lies south of the McMahon Line, formerly known as the North East Frontier Agency and now called Arunachal Pradesh. The McMahon Line was part of the 1914 Simla Convention signed between British India and Tibet, without China's agreement. As of 2020, India continues to maintain that the McMahon Line is the legal border in the east. China has never accepted that border, stating that Tibet was never independent when it signed the Simla Convention .India faces trade imbalance heavily in favor of China. The two countries failed to resolve their border dispute and Indian media outlets have repeatedly reported Chinese military incursions into Indian territory. Both countries have steadily established military infrastructure along border areas..The line that separates india administered areas of ladakh from AKSAI CHIN is known as the line of actual control (LAC) and is concurrent with Chinese AKSAI claim line . According to melee fighting on 15/16 June 2020 resulted in the death of 20 Indian soldiers (including an officers )and casualties 43 Chinese soldiers their officers. ladakh placing is opportunity for china for its trade route and natural resources . The China–Pakistan border is 438 kilometers (272 mi) and runs west-east from the tripoint with Afghanistan to the disputed tripoint with India in the vicinity of the Siachen Glacier. It traverses the Karakorum Mountains, one of the world's tallest mountain ranges. Pakistan has collaborated with China in extensive military and economic projects, seeing both seeing each other as counterweight to Indian-Western alliance. Pakistan signed an agreement with China to use Chinese currency for bilateral trade to get rid of the dollar burden in $15 billion bilateral trade. china and Pakistan have entered a secret 3 years agreement to expand potential BIOWAFARE capabilities including several research projects related to deadly agent anthrax the klaxon. Pakistani manufacturers and traders to export around 313 new products to the Chinese market on zero duty are some agreement done between them. The bilateral relation between Nepal and China has been friendly and is defined by the Sino-Nepalese Treaty of Peace and Friendship signed on April 28, 1960 by the two countries. Though initially unenthusiastic, Nepal has been of late making efforts to increase trade and connectivity with China. Despite the close linguistic, marital, religious and cultural ties at people-to-people level between Indians and Nepalese, since late 2015 political issues and border disputes have strained relations between the two countries with anti-Indian sentiment growing amongst the government and people of Nepal. 0n May 8, India’s defense minister virtually inaugurated a new 80 km-long road in the Himalayas, connecting to the border with China, at the Lipulekh pass. The Nepali government protested immediately, contending that the road crosses territory that it claims and accusing India of changing the status quo without diplomatic consultations. The region is of strategic importance, and the new road is now one of the quickest links between Delhi and the Tibetan plateau. In a 2015 statement, China also recognized India’s sovereignty by agreeing to expand trade through the Lipulekh pass. Finally, this is also an important route for thousands of Hindus who trek across the border with China every year to visit the sacred Mount Kailash. Since 1975, Sino-Nepalese relations have been close and grown significantly, with China being the largest source of FDI, while India still remains one of the major source of remittance to Nepal. The first “Agreement between China and Nepal on Economic Aid” was signed in October 1956. ... Chinese assistance to Nepal falls into three categories: Grants (aid gratis), interest free loans and concessional loans. India, Nepal was a critical buffer between its borders and Chinese-controlled Tibet. The Tibet Autonomous Region is a province-level entity of the People's Republic of China. It is governed by a People's Government, led by a Chairman. In practice, however, the Chairman is subordinate to the branch secretary of the Communist Party of China.
Despite growing economic and strategic ties, there are a lot of hurdles for India and the PRC to overcome. India faces trade imbalance heavily in favour of China. The two countries failed to resolve their border dispute and Indian media outlets have repeatedly reported Chinese military incursions into Indian Territory.
Two-and-a-half months after the violent clash at Galwan Valley, The actions have renewed tensions in eastern Ladakh, where negotiations on implementing the disengagement process had stalled over China’s refusal to go back to its previous position in Pangong Tso Lak and Depsang. The disengagement process had begun as a result of the violent face-off at Galwan valley on June 15, when 20 Indian soldiers and unverified number of Chinese troops were killed after hours of hand-to-hand fight.
India and China are facing off at a new area on the border, after Chinese troops intruded into the southern bank of Pangong Tso on 29 -30 August .
The Indian Army issued a statement on Monday 31-8-2020 that the Chinese People’s Liberation Army “carried out provocative military movements to change the status quo” on the night of August 29-30.
The movement of Chinese troops in the East Ladakh sector is seen as an effort by the Chinese side to expand the border row to the southern bank of the lake. So far, much of the Chinese deployment around the lake has been concentrated around its southern bank. The two armies have been locked in a stand-off at multiple points in the East Ladakh sector for nearly four months. There have been several agreements between the two sides to disengage, particularly after scores of soldiers clashed in Galwan Valley on June 15 that led to casualties on both sides. But Chinese troops have been slow to step back, particularly around Pangong Tso, the saltwater glacial lake spread across 700 sq km.
“Though the statement did not say so, the Indian Army is believed to have rushed some 800 soldiers to Chushul, just south of the lake.
But “timely defensive action”, India was “able to prevent these attempts to unilaterally alter the status quo”, in relation to the Line of Actual.
