International Student Applicants are required to submit the following documents:

Three official copies of transcript of Records/ Scholastic Records, one original copy and two photocopies authenticated by the Philippine Embassy/ Consulate in the applicant's country of origin or legal residence. Official copies should bear the original signature and the embossed/stamped seal of the issuing educational institution. The certification on photocopies must be in original inked signature and seal.

Five original copies of Personal History Statement (PHS) duly accomplished and signed by the applicant accompanied by original left and right hand prints. Each copy must be provided with 2 x 2 original latest photographs. This form may be obtained from the Philippine embassy/Consulate in the applicants' country of origin.

Three copies of affidavit of support and proof of adequate financial support duly notarized executed by your financial sponsor to cover expenses for student's accommodation and subsistence, school dues and other incidental expenses.

Three photocopies of passport where name, photo, birth date and birthplace appear.

Original copy of birth certificate

Certificate of Good Moral Character from the two officials, one from the teacher and one from the Principal or School Head of the institution where the applicant has last attended. (For undergraduate applicants only).

If all requirements are complete, one can complete the enrollment process within a day.
