If nothing else, I think the Steam Deck has been a positive development because having a fixed-spec target platform that can't be dismissed by insisting that a two-year-old GPU is obsolete and a formal certification process for being allowed to claim compatibility with that target is demonstrably encouraging publishers to actually let developers optimise their shit.

By using antibodies from a human donor with a self-induced hyper-immunity to snake venom, scientists have developed the most broadly effective antivenom to date, which is protective against the likes of the black mamba, king cobra, and tiger snakes in mouse trials. Described in the journal Cell, the antivenom combines protective antibodies and a small molecule inhibitor and opens a path toward a universal antiserum.

Dr. Batsheva Issachar, dragonborn chronomancy wizard and archaeologist studying ancient precursor civilizations
(also formerly an aasimar embodying the virtue of Patience, before attempting a ritual to rid herself of the title)
i've been working on this sketch page on and off for a couple of months and i've made some minor design tweaks between each sketch LOL. but it's been really fun figuring out 1890s-1900s wear!

This is the first piece of tf2 fanart we've done in twelve years. I miss her.
#The blood-red lipstick is because she cleans up the bodies and she didn't let all of it go to waste

Dear Lady Rosse, may my friend please use this artwork here in a personal D&D campaign if I give credit? I hope to use it on the D&DBeyond app.
Next on the sketches of the guest characters from Critical Role is Arkhan the Cruel from campaign 1, who belongs to Joe Manganiello. I hope you like it!
#red dragonborn paladin#Red dragonborn#Arkhan the Cruel looks extra “cruel” with those eyebrows that wrap around as horns

Dear fish sticxz,
May i please use this artwork as my character's pfp in D&DBeyond for my personal D&D campaign?
speaking of, i don’t think i ever posted this one? it’s a younger version of raku, for our icewind dale campaign starting at level 1 since the older version is supposed to be a higher level character. here he’s around 20 years old, starting his journey to find people in need of help so he can finally get sworn to his sacred oath as a bahamut paladin of devotion.

Thank you for your consideration.

Here’s Zorithos Primever, Dragonborn Paladin. I can only imagine how big that great sword would be compared to a human.

My family owned chickens in the backyard for a while when I was a kid. One day, my neighborhood friend wanted to feed the chickens. She had a fear of chickens, but I knew for a fact that our hens would never hurt humans.
But I forgot that we had trained one of the hens to jump and fly up and perch onto our shoulders whenever we walked in with mealworms.
And we forgot to tell her.
And she was walking in with mealworms.
There she was, the girl afraid of chickens, seeing a chicken on the loose flying up towards her shoulder. She screamed, and she ran inside and closed the door, but we were just laughing our guts out
I feel like someday, I'll commission an artist to draw this encounter
#backyard chickens#Neighborhood friend#Hens are still omnivores#Hens have just decided that humans would probably win in a fight#They're also domesticated#I actually don't remember what happened afterward#But I'm pretty sure the neighborhood wasn't offended by our laughter or anything#It was a while ago
