If you NEED a doll for your mental health, why not a barbie? Or a monster high? Or a stuffed animal? In what situation is a more expensive doll like a BJD going to “save your life” when a cheaper doll won’t? There are communities for fashion dolls and you can customize them too, albeit with more effort involved. If you need something to cuddle/be a companion a stuffed animal would work better and would be easier to take care of and avoid breaking. You can do photoshoots with literally anything. If you literally cannot survive without a recast BJD, that’s a problem that really should be addressed with a professional, because having your life hinge on being able to spend ~$100+ on a specific type of object is a razor’s edge you don’t want to be on- because there’s probably a lot more to your issues in that case than being unable to get the doll.

And if you absolutely must get a BJD, there are so many cheaper dolls out there! Recasts are getting more expensive, and so many legit companies have at least tiny dolls under $150 even! If you’re going to kill yourself if you don’t get, say, a specific minifee or other pricier doll, again, you need to find some other way to get help because there’s no way a doll will magically get you out of that incredibly dangerous mental state. Also, if you can’t afford therapy, spending $100+ on dolls certainly won’t help you afford therapy any faster, and therapy is the real thing you need, not a temporary fix. There are also many options for affordable therapy. I know black and white thinking can be common with some mental illness as well as neurodivergency, so maybe “get the doll or die” might seem like a valid take to you, but there’s so much more out there and working to get unstuck on stuff like that will save your life much more effectively than a BJD. I have all the sympathy in the world for the overwhelming sense of dread, self-hate, and helplessness that can happen when you’re in this much deep shit but-

LMAO at “...I don’t know who’s fault it is...” Yes you do. It’s your’s. Nobody but you made the choices that got you to this point, and the only way out is to make the people who were wronged whole again, whether via the doll they ordered or refunds. People aren’t just going to let $700+ disappear.

Not Harv airing out Culvrs dirty laundry and showing she lied with reciepts 😂 I knew this was a bad situation, but you know you fucked up BAD when your casting company feels inclined to share their side of the story in this fiasco.

I guess people not having trust in her seems to be still be warranted, go figure

Because it’s their right as the creator to decide how many are made and when/how. :| This isn’t hard.

So artist can produce dolls at a faster rate than before, now that we have 3d scanning and printing. If recasters are able to produce the same doll with even good quality as the original why do doll artist make their doll so limited?

'Blood Raider' pulling skill

I really love this skill Blood raiders have. They’re calling it the pulling skill. You pretty much grab a hold of someone at a distance, and then drag them right up to you. LOVE IT. Though as a marksman… I’d hate to have that used on me since distance is my friend ._.
