teerak and having no shame

i love my sweet gumdrop of sunshine, teerak, so much and i am beyond happy that he is, for one, shameless in his neediness. yes, he's the light of my muenfah's life. yes, he's a little munchkin that i just want to put in my pocket. yes, i want to protect him from all the evil in this world.

but being sweet and cheery does not automatically mean that he's entirely innocent and i LOVE that!

when you watch your sky up until episode 8 or 9, teerak gives off a very carefree, almost child-like innocence that makes you want to turn off your TV around him just because the characters were swearing and in a lot of BLs with characters of this archetype, that is usually the case. in nc scenes, they tend to be blushing maidens which is nothing wrong but you basically see that the top is enjoying it more and the bottom is going with the guidance (AGAIN!! NOTHING WRONG!!!)

what i love about teerak is that during the first attempt (ep 8), he's hesitant but he's also eager. but that nervousness shines through that eagerness and fah-- being the amazing man that he is-- holds it off because he knows they're both getting waaaay too ahead of themselves and teerak was definitely not completely ready.

then the actual first time happens and they're taking it slow. they're enjoying the sensations they're feeling and making each other feel and overall it was a great scene. they were slow because it was their first time but they enjoyed and went through it together.

NOW... ep 12, the finale. this masterpiece of a scene that had me clutching my metaphorical pearls. teerak, sweet darling teerak, is standing on business.

he knows fah wants him. he knows that between the both of them, he is the actual one with power here and i absolutely love it.

i love that he's not shy in his needs. he knows he wants fah and he will have his man on top of him giving it to him the way he wants it because he knows fah would do anything to please him. like he said in the finale: "i can do whatever i want with you, right?"

AND THEN SEEING THE TRAILER FOR THE SPECIAL EPISODES? OH DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED

he's exploring things now. i know it's probably not a kink thing but presenting himself as fah's gift? i might as well be type from ep 1 that was on the floor dying while fah, real, and hia walk past me weirded out.

i cannot wait for this like seriously.

i love seeing teerak so in touch with the horny side of him and how much he embraces it. plus, muenfah loves to indulge his baby teehee. i'm glad he's not shy about his needs and acts on them. like damn he got dicked down once and all of a sudden he knows how to get it whenever he wants. THAT'S MY BOY! may he hold onto that power forever because he has no idea how much fah would go on his knees and kiss his feet just to even get a taste of his skin if it ever came to that point

plus apparently teerak put on cat ears once while they were having sex in the novel (not the thousand skies one but from realhia's novel i believe) and i kinda need someone to confirm that. either way, i know they're having fun exploring their sex life. honestly, amazing. love that for that.

nc scenes are cool and all but i will always adore beyond the stars nc scenes where the couple takes rain checks.

i always knew fahrak’s first attempt in intimacy would be awkward and clumsy. i always knew they’d stop midway and realize they’re getting ahead of themselves. and i always knew that muenfah would be more than okay to wait for teerak to be ready.

i love everything about this scene. i adore this scene. i adore them trying and realizing it’s not the time.

i will always love these types of scenes more than an actual nc scene. because this is them. this is fahrak. they’re learning to navigate their real relationship and they’ll do it one step at a time.

and don’t get me started on when fah kissed teerak’s hand to give him assurance. oh, my stars. hand kisses will always be superior because that’s pure devotion and fah is devoting himself to teerak with that one simple act. he’ll wait for his sweetheart to be ready. i can’t wait for the both of them 🩷

Parallels that made my heart skip a beat (ThamePo episode 3):

Thame tries to get Po's phone number 3 times, right?.

If something urgent comes up, call me.

The first time, he doesn't ask for it, he just adds his own number to Po's phone. He doesn't give Po much of a chance to choose. It's more like a matter-of-fact thing, we need to do this because it is necessary for our plan. Po just hands him the phone with no second thoughts (though he gets flustered once again *heart eyes*).

I gave you my number but you didn't give me yours. Give it to me. Give me your number.

But the second time, Thame's so distressed and worried for Po that he gives him his phone so Po can type his own number on it. It is becoming much more personal now.

I don't have your number. You gave it to me but I forgot to save it. Give me your phone, I'll type it for you. It's all right. I'm afraid I'll forget to save it again. So, tell me your number. I'll remember every single digit. I don't want to forget it.

The third time, after all the ordeal with Jun, when Thame asks for Po's number again, Po offers to type his number onto Thame's phone once more, but Thame asks him to tell him out loud. Thame literally wants to learn Po's number by heart, so he won't forget it under any circumstance.

It's Thame telling Po that their relationship has became so important for him that he needs to keep him in his mind (and heart?) forever.

Then, where's the parallel I mentioned in the title of this post?

Thame's connection to Po becames more and more personal during the episode, and it is shown to the audience through the whole phone number exchange. But it is not only Thame who's starting to get emotionally closer to Po.

Did you clear things up with Jun?

After Thame goes to patch things up with Jun, Po is worried and, thinking that Thame has his phone number now, tries to send him some messages. The first one he writes is a follow-up of their recent conversation, polite and direct to the point. He deletes it though.

How is everything?

But the second one, though it seems to be less detailed, comes from Po's worry specifically about Thame, probably because he remembers the confrontation Jun and Thame had in the office: "Is everything going to be ok? Are they going to fight again?". He doesn't send it either.

Are you ok?

By the third message he types, Po is so worried that he forgets boundaries and directly wants to ask Thame if he's ok. Thame's well-being goes over his sense of duty, he forgets he is not Thame's friend, not even his colleague. Now the message he wants to convey to Thame is "hey, I'm worried sick about you, how do you feel? I'm here for you if you need me". He erases it too and then types a fourth one when he asks directly about what Jun told him about Thame's contract. And he doesn't send it because Thame bursts in. Would he have dared to send it though?

Both of them are getting closer to one another in their own ways, forging a bond that will soon take their relationship further than they could have ever imagined.

And I'm so here to watch it unfold.

I want to talk about this scene so much and all their scenes together because the way ThomasKong portray FahRak’s feelings just by the micro acting (gazes, eyes, mannerisms, the way their characters stiffen or loosen, etc) is just so amazing and it makes everything believable. I love it when these details are also in the acting because THAT’S FAHRAK RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME!! Oh, Fah had always been in love with Rak? I CAN TELL!!! And that’s how you sell a story!!!!!!

i love love love love LOVE the fact that the moment teerak gives muenfah permission to touch him as he pleases, fah just metaphorically lets out this big breath of air he was holding and starts touching teerak like how he wanted all those episodes ago like YES… YES!! THIS IS WHAT I WANTED TO SEE!!

i am an absolute sucker for asking permission to touch like even if it’s a hand hold. i love seeing fah become freed of his held-back inhibitions and is just… being the absolute boyfriend that he is! he has unlocked his 99% potential! the 1% is yet to be fulfilled until they’re actually boyfriends (even though they are at this point)

the thing i like to think about when it comes to your sky is the possibility of "what happens after the fake dating?"

like when things are finally settled and there is no need for the two of them to show that they're together, how will they go back to being who they were before the fake dating? because first and foremost, the friends are in on it (except lee who could tell because duh that's his brother and best friend), second, i assume that almost everyone in uni knows, and third, they are both undeniably fallen for each other but are unsure if the other feels the same way.

fah, as we have seen, is the type to give teerak the reigns in how they want to navigate their relationship to make sure he's comfortable. teerak, on the other hand, wants to please fah and make sure that nothing he proposes would be a burden to the other because he's too selfless. they both want to please each other unless given permission to be selfish on what they want in the relationship.

i can imagine fah is just panicking out of his mind knowing that teerak would most likely tell him "thank you for everything p'fah" once the dust has settled, knowing he can't go back to the life he used to have where he was just pining over teerak from a distance. sure, they would most likely be "friends" but the thought of no longer being able to hold teerak like he used to, call him sweet terms of endearment, have moments on the rooftop where it's just the two of them getting to know each other.. OH IT WOULD EAT HIM UP ALIVE!

and teerak, who is too sweet for his own good, would think that fah would be relieved of such a burden of putting up with him and would nicely end the fake ending. but he's so used to fah's presence. he misses the messaging, the late night planning for their dates and what other things couples do. he'd crave to have a moment with fah on the rooftop alone and to just hear that everything will be okay from his own fake boyfriend. he'd miss having fah by his side, and i know they've both picked up the habit of holding each other's hand by this time.

i know those two would feel empty or at least feel like something is missing in the first few days the fake relationship ends and eventually find themselves trying to be selfish for once and reach out to the other.

but honestly, i doubt they'll even break the fake relationship HAHAHA it will just transition to a real one <3 even though it already is. fah already knows it's real, teerak just needs to realize it too!
