found an old document from an SCP Roblox thing I use to work on with a continuing story. (this was from years ago). Its title? "The list of things O5-4 cannot do". yep. thats right. its got 300 rules and most of them happened (aside from the World War one). Ill post a few highlights below

just to note, "Minus SCPS" were my idea to make pop culture based SCPS. Minus 1 was Bill Cipher. Minus 1 Omega Instances were the goddamn Infinity Stones

And yes, I know flatland isnt TECHNICALLY Bill's homeworld, as Bill's world is called Euklydia. But the laws in flatland seem to match up with the one Bill mentioned in the Book of Bill, so its likely a similar dimension to Flatland.
