Well, it appears you were born into a family with some great minds. Just because you became a dancer doesn’t make it any less valuable. Then again, I may be biased as I am a huge supporter of the arts. In case you couldn’t tell, what with my career of choice. I could do that, if I were an owner of a book shop, but I would have to give up some acting opportunities or hand over my business to other people to run, and I’m not very keen on that. I understand that, I feel very much the same whenever I’m with my own brothers. Although, I’d say I’m closer to one twin rather than the other. Do you at least get to see them for the holidays?

Yeah, my parents always pushed us to go for gold, you know? I love the arts and without them the world would be a boring, unlearning place. That’s why I like talking to you though. I am sort of drawn to people that really grasp their art, and you just seem to have a deeper understanding and appreciation for it. A lot of owners aren’t at their businesses every day running things. They just make it all happen. Oh yeah? Why are you closer to one? I do! I get to see them Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter and Fourth of July usually. Unless I am on tour, then I don’t.

Oh I dont doubt youre dangerous. When I think of a person as venomous or toxic I think of them as a person that messes up your life with negativity. You dont seem like a negative person to me. When do I get to know more?

I am the kind of venomous that infects your brain. Like that disease that ants get. Then you find yourself just thinking about me even if you aren’t supposed to be. Sure you do. Take me for lunch and we can discover a lot about each other.

I picked up some version of Spanakopita at a cafe nearby, and am happy to share the cookies I baked last night which may or may not be absolutely terrible for you but are delicious beyond belief.

I don’t know what Spanakopita is, but I am down to try it. And you baked cookies? Girl I like you already.

Going Out | Open

Ayannah was ready to go have some fun. She was back in LA and she didn’t have any responsibilities for a little while. So she found herself going out to clubs more often than not. It was hard to keep her away from music, colorful lights and the promise of dancing. However, tonight she found herself separated from some of her friends. It happened every now and then. It was hard to keep track of groups of drunk girls, especially when nobody could hear their phone. 

Ayannah found herself hanging out at the bar, taking a bit of a break from the dance floor. She had not noticed the guy that had followed her. He had been trying to dance with her for most of the night, and Ayannah managed to dance away from him every time. She ordered herself a vodka lemonade and watched carefully as the bartender made it. Her parents had engrained this practice in her. The unwanted guy sat right next to her and started trying to talk. Just to keep things to the point, she quickly told him, “I’m not interested.” To which the man had a vile response of “You don’t have to be a cunt”. 

Rolling her eyes, she grabbed her drink and got up, only to be stopped by his hand on her arm.  “Hey! Back up!” She said raising her voice slightly, to try to get him to leave her alone. Finally the guy let go of her arm, and she quickly tried to make her way to a different area so she could try to round up her friends. Halfway to her destination, she felt a hand on her shoulder and she immediately tried to yell over the music. “I said no, asshole!” As soon as she turned she realized she had made a mistake. It was someone from the site, and not the creep from the bar. “Oops! Sorry.. thought you were someone else”

Really? A lot of boys and then you. I can only imagine the dynamic. My brothers are older, I’m the baby of the lot. I’m jealous that you can wiggle your ears, I tried, but the effort was futile. I could own one, but I wouldn’t have time to spend running it, living in it, organizing it. Ah, I never did understand why people felt the need to tell anyone how tired or sick they might look. It never did make any sense. Did you like being the youngest, and the only girl? Do you have a good relationship with your siblings?

Yeah. One’s a lawyer, one is a biochemical engineer and the other is a cardiologist. And I’m a dancer. I knew it! It confirms my theory. The youngest is always the entertainer. Don’t worry I can wiggle your ears for you and we can call it all good. But you could go in whenever you want and hang out and read all the books! Oh yeah, I love my brothers. Everyone is just so busy, so it’s hard to get us all in one room now, but when we do see each other it’s just straight back to our jokes and our handshakes and games, you know?

Thane’s house is lonely and the bed is huge which is what i’m use to. I would say it was excessive but i’ve had people hound me outside of my home before so…

Awesome because I only want to be hired for my skill and attitude and nothing more. 

Ugh.. I want his face to marry my face. Well if you get lonely you are welcome to my place but I only have a twin bed and a futon... but the futon can’t fold out because there isn’t room.  Nothing is excessive when it comes to your safety.

I suppose the better question would have been if you were getting to have cake at all today. Birthdays always deserve cake. How did your show go? What kind of cake and ice cream did you have?

I think I skipped cake on my actual birthday, but don’t worry I totally made up for it with like two weeks of cake after. I got an oreo ice cream cake because that is my jam.
