Ingredients: 1 strip roast about 3-4 pounds. 2 tbsp olive oil. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tbsp fresh thyme leaves. 1 cup beef broth. Salt and pepper, to taste.
Instructions: Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C. Season the strip roast with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and fresh thyme leaves. Rub the roast with olive oil. Season the roast and put it in a roasting pan. Roast it in a hot oven for about an hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 135F 57C for medium-rare. Take the roast out of the oven and put it on a cutting board. Before cutting it, let it rest for about 10 minutes. Set the aus jus aside while the roast rests. Slowly bring the beef broth to a boil in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. After letting the roast rest, cut it into thin slices across the grain and serve with the hot au jus. This delicious strip roast with thyme and garlic au jus is a great keto-friendly meal that will fill you up.

Ingredients: For the crust:. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed. 2 tablespoons honey. 2 tablespoons milk. For the filling:. 2 large grapefruits. 1 cup sugar. 1/4 cup cornstarch. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1 cup milk. 2 egg yolks. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. In a food processor, combine flour, cold butter, honey, and milk. Pulse until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press mixture into tartlet pans, ensuring an even layer on the bottom and sides. Prick the bottom with a fork. Bake crusts for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden. Let cool completely. For the filling, zest one grapefruit and set zest aside. Juice both grapefruits and strain to remove pulp. In a saucepan, whisk together sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Gradually whisk in milk and egg yolks until smooth. Place saucepan over medium heat, whisking constantly until mixture thickens, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in grapefruit juice, zest, and butter until butter is melted and mixture is smooth. Pour filling into cooled tartlet crusts. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set. Adding the zest and juice of one lemon to the batter will give it a fresh citrus taste. Put a crepe pan or nonstick skillet on medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray or butter. Mix a lot of sugar and lemon zest together and sprinkle it on all of the crepes once they are all done cooking. First cut the crepes in half, then into fourths. Serve them hot. Ingredients: 1 box chocolate cake mix. 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 3 large eggs. 1 cup water. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/2 cup powdered sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 package 3.4 ounces chocolate instant pudding mix. 2 cups milk. 1 cup crushed chocolate cookies. 1/2 cup gummy worms. 1/4 cup chocolate sprinkles.
Instructions: Warm up the oven to 350F 175C and put cupcake liners in a muffin tin. Put the chocolate cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water in a mixing bowl. Mix everything together well. Fill each cupcake liner about two thirds of the way to the top with cake batter. After the oven is hot, bake the cupcakes for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Now take them out of the oven and let them cool down all the way. Add the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to a different bowl and mix them together until stiff peaks form. Whisk the pudding mix and milk together in a different bowl to make the chocolate pudding. Wait a few minutes and let it set up until it gets thick enough. Once the cupcakes are cool, cut out the middle of each one with a knife or a cupcake corer. This will leave a hole in the cupcake. Put a spoonful of chocolate pudding in the hole that you made in the middle of each cupcake. Make dirt mounds out of the whipped cream that you pipe on top of the cupcakes. Add broken chocolate cookies to the whipped cream to make it look like dirt and soil. Add chocolate sprinkles and gummy worms to the top of each cupcake.
