But the problem begins when we lose an excessive amount of hair or when our hair doesn’t grow back at a normal rate. The most common reason for this can be an unbalanced diet. A meal that isn't rich in iron and protein can discourage hair growth as they are the key nutrients needed by our body to maintain a healthy scalp. Another reason could be imbalanced doshas, mainly Pitta. An aggravated Pitta can overheat our hair follicles and lead to weak and brittle hair and slower regeneration.
There are many ways to solve these issues naturally. Adding the following Ayurvedic herbs for hair loss and regrowth to your routine can ensure healthy and strong hair.
1-Fenugreek -Fenugreek seeds or methi seeds is one of the best Ayurvedic treatments for hair loss and regrowth. They are rich in potassium, calcium, folic acid, nicotinic acid, and vitamin C, A and K. They also have antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties that help the scalp cool down and nourish the hair more effectively. You can include fenugreek in your diet by adding it to your dals, sabzis and curries or you can make a natural hair mask with it at home. For this, soak some fenugreek seeds overnight. Grind to make a paste and mix it with some curd. Apply this mixture to your hair at least 30 minutes before you wash it to encourage healthy hair growth.
2-Amla - Rich in vitamin C, amla (Indian Gooseberry) is another Ayurvedic herb for hair growth that helps reduce stress, purifies the blood and restores the natural color of the hair, preventing premature grey strands. Having amla in your diet helps strengthen hair from within. Drinking fresh amla juice first thing in the morning will also yield good results. Another thing you can do is prepare a hair tonic by adding hand-pressed lemon juice to the amla juice and applying it directly to the scalp. A combination of amla oil with coconut oil or almond oil also works well on the scalp and promotes hair growth.
3-Brahmi- From Vedic times, brahmi has been considered a highly effective Ayurvedic herb for hair growth. The alkaloids in brahmi bind to hair proteins, producing stronger and thicker hair follicles. This reduces dryness, itchiness, and flakiness and makes your hair beautiful. At home, you can use brahmi in the form of oil. Massage it into your scalp and leave it overnight. Its leaves can be eaten directly or used fresh in various salads. You can also combine it, dried and ground, with other ayurvedic herbs for hair growth in powder form like amla, reetha and shikakai, and make it into a paste with water or coconut oil for a hair mask. Apply the mask and wait 1 hour before washing thoroughly. Using Brahmi on your hair reduces the possibility of split ends and makes your hair lustrous.
4-Ashwagandha- One of the staples of ancient Indian medicine, ashwagandha is commonly known as “Indian Winter cherry” or “Indian Ginseng”. It stimulates the production of DHEA (Dehydroepiandrosterone), a natural hormone in your body that keeps free radicals from harming the scalp and hair follicles, resulting in healthy hair growth. The Ayurvedic herb for hair growth possesses powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, which keep the scalp healthy.

we are provide you best Quality Ayurvedic medicine With Good Quality And Affordable Price .You Can Buy Ayurvedic Products from By website Ayudita .The Sanskrit term Ayurveda translates to “knowledge of life,” and the principles of this ancient wisdom remind us that the entire web of life is intricately interwoven. With a unique emphasis on total wellness, the art and science of Ayurveda work to harmonize our internal and external worlds.
Our five senses serve as the portals between the internal and external realms, as the five great elements of ether, air, fire, water, and earth dance the dance of creation around and within us. Ayurveda groups these five elements into three basic types of energy and functional principles that are present in everybody and everything. Since there are no single words in English to describe these principles; we use the Sanskrit words Vata, Pitta, and Kapha to describe their combinations.
Everything that we experience, be it a physical substance, a thought, or emotion, has certain qualities. The ancient texts of Ayurveda classify these qualities — called gunas in Sanskrit — into 10 pairs of opposites, making 20 qualities total (for example, heavy vs. light). Theoretically, everything in the universe can be described in terms of these gunas, or qualities, including the doshas. The foundation of Ayurvedic treatment relies upon recognizing when gunas have become excessive or deficient, as this is known to cause doshic imbalance and lead to disease.
Ayurveda applies the opposite qualities to return to balance.Agni, the universal principle of transformation that manifests as our digestive fire, mediates between the internal and external, transforming food into bodily tissue and waste; interpreting information into experiential knowledge; and discerning between nutritious material and waste product. Ayurveda kindles the agni of the body to digest toxins which have manifested due to internal or external stresses, ensuring optimal functioning of the physical and mental being.Leveraging these basic principles, Ayurveda customizes preventative wellness to the unique constitution of every individual. In addition, ancient Ayurvedic doctors produced detailed descriptions of acute and chronic conditions (complete with causes, signs, and symptoms), and developed extensive holistic treatment protocols. Preventative care and treatment of disease falls under Ayurveda’s eight branches, which include:
● Kaayachikitsa – Internal Medicine ● Baalachikitsa – Pediatrics ● Bhuta Vidya – Psychiatry ● Shalakya Tantra – Ear, Nose and Throat Treatment ● Shalya Tantra – Surgery (not practiced in the United States today) ● Vishagara Vairodh Tantra – Toxicology ● Jarachikitsa/Rasayana – Geriatrics and Rejuvenation ● Vajikarana — Aphrodisiac Therapy, Fertility, and Conception
Q- What is Ayurvedic ?
Ans- Ayurveda offers one of the world’s most comprehensive cleansing protocols, known as panchakarma. This ancient practice uses five primary therapies to release and eliminate accumulated toxins from deep within the tissues, and return the doshas to their proper seats in the body.Ayurveda offers renewed access to our natural intelligence. As the original circadian medicine, Ayurveda holds the key to resolving dis-ease creating a disconnect. Thus, this ancient medicine offers the promise of a more harmonious future for the people and planet.
Ayurveda is considered by many scholars to be the oldest healing science. In Sanskrit, Ayurveda means “The Science of Life.” Ayurvedic knowledge originated in India more than 5,000 years ago and is often called the “Mother of All Healing.” It stems from the ancient Vedic culture and was taught for many thousands of years in an oral tradition from accomplished masters to their disciples. Some of this knowledge was set to print a few thousand years ago, but much of it is inaccessible. The principles of many of the natural healing systems now familiar in the West have their roots in Ayurveda, including Homeopathy and Polarity Therapy. The Strategy
Q- What isYour Constitution and Its Inner Balance?.
Ans -Ayurveda places great emphasis on prevention and encourages the maintenance of health through close attention to balance in one’s life, right thinking, diet, lifestyle and the use of herbs. Knowledge of Ayurveda enables one to understand how to create this balance of body, mind and consciousness according to one’s own individual constitution and how to make lifestyle changes to bring about and maintain this balance.
1-Just as everyone has a unique fingerprint, each person has a particular pattern of energy—an individual combination of physical, mental and emotional characteristics—which comprises their own constitution. This constitution is determined at conception by a number of factors and remains the same throughout one’s life. Many factors, both internal and external, act upon us to disturb this balance and are reflected as a change in one’s constitution from the balanced state. Examples of these emotional and physical stresses include one’s emotional state, diet and food choices, seasons and weather, physical trauma, work and family relationships.
2-Once these factors are understood, one can take appropriate actions to nullify or minimize their effects or eliminate the causes of imbalance and re-establish one’s original constitution. Balance is the natural order; imbalance is disorder. Health is order; disease is disorder. Within the body there is a constant interaction between order and disorder. When one understands the nature and structure of disorder, one can re-establish order.

Q- What is the Balancing the Three Principle Energies of the Body?.
Ans-Ayurveda identifies three basic types of energy or functional principles that are present in everyone and everything. Since there are no single words in English that convey these concepts, we use the original Sanskrit words vata, pitta and kapha. These principles can be related to the basic biology of the body. Energy is required to create movement so that fluids and nutrients get to the cells, enabling the body to function.
1- Energy is also required to metabolize the nutrients in the cells, and is called for to lubricate and maintain the structure of the cell. Vata is the energy of movement; pitta is the energy of digestion or metabolism and kapha, the energy of lubrication and structure. All people have the qualities of vata, pitta and kapha, but one is usually primary, one secondary and the third is usually least prominent.
2-The cause of disease in Ayurveda is viewed as a lack of proper cellular function due to an excess or deficiency of vata, pitta or kapha. Disease can also be caused by the presence of toxins. In Ayurveda, body, mind and consciousness work together in maintaining balance. They are simply viewed as different facets of one’s being. To learn how to balance the body, mind and consciousness requires an understanding of how vata, pitta and kapha work together.
3-According to Ayurvedic philosophy the entire cosmos is an interplay of the energies of the five great elements—Space, Air, Fire, Water and Earth. Vata, pitta and kapha are combinations and permutations of these five elements that manifest as patterns present in all creation. In the physical body, vata is the subtle energy of movement, pitta the energy of digestion and metabolism, and kapha the energy that forms the body’s structure.
4-Vata is the subtle energy associated with movement — composed of Space and Air. It governs breathing, blinking, muscle and tissue movement, pulsation of the heart, and all movements in the cytoplasm and cell membranes. In balance, vata promotes creativity and flexibility. Out of balance, vata produces fear and anxiety. Pitta expresses as the body’s metabolic system — made up of Fire and Water.
Q- What is the Benefits of Ayurvedic?
Ans-It governs digestion, absorption, assimilation, nutrition, metabolism and body temperature. In balance, pitta promotes understanding and intelligence. Out of balance, pitta arouses anger, hatred and jealousy. Kapha is the energy that forms the body’s structure — bones, muscles, tendons — and provides the “glue” that holds the cells together, formed from Earth and Water. Kapha supplies the water for all bodily parts and systems. It lubricates joints, moisturizes the skin, and maintains immunity.
In balance, kapha is expressed as love, calmness and forgiveness. Out of balance, it leads to attachment, greed and envy. Life presents us with many challenges and opportunities. Although there is much over which we have little control, we do have the power to decide about some things, such as diet and lifestyle. To maintain balance and health, it is important to pay attention to these decisions. Diet and lifestyle appropriate to one’s individual constitution strengthen the body, mind and consciousness.
Question 3. What Is The Ayurvedic Viewpoint Of Structure And Functions Of Body?
Answer : Universe as well as human body are made up of five basic elements colectively called ‘Panch Mahabhootas'. These are Aakash (Ether), Vayu (Air), Agni(Fire), Aapa (Water) and Prithvi (Earth). The sixth mandatory component of life is Atma (life spirit) without which life ceases. The human body is made up of Doshas (Bio-humours), Dhatus(Body matrix) and Malas (excretable products). Vata, Pitta and kapha, known as Tridoshs are physiological entities of the body which are responsible for carrying out all the functions of the body. Dhatus are the structural entities of thebody.

Buy Slimming Capsule Online . you can buy capsule from this website . they are offer you best quality capsule with affordable price.
Buy Slimming Capsule Online . Weight loss diets and the Ayurveda advantage The latest CDC data suggests that over 71% of Americans are overweight or obese. Obesity is defined as a medical disorder involving a BMI (body mass index) over 30. According to this definition, 25-30 is considered overweight, and 18.5 to 24.9 is a healthy range. Obesity can be caused by genetic, socio-economic & cultural factors, stress, nutrition, lifestyle imbalances, endocrine disruptors and illnesses like hypothyroidism, PCOS or the side-effect of certain medications like antidepressants and steroids. Obesity-related conditions including heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes and certain types of cancer are some of the leading causes of preventable, premature death. Adults with obesity are also at heightened risk for severe outcomes from COVID-19.
Common issues with diet With almost three quarters of the adult population overweight, why aren’t diets working? In 2007, a UCLA study found that diets don’t work, as the majority of people regain the weight they lost – and then some! The study concluded that diets are not effective in treating obesity, and that evidence suggests repeatedly losing and gaining weight is linked to cardiovascular disease, stroke, diabetes and altered immune function. Some diets favor certain nutrients over others, and may not be sustainable, or could even cause nutritional deficiencies. The best diet examples incorporate nutrition, exercise, stress relief and a healthier lifestyle.
FQ Q- what is the four keys to Ayurveda’s weight loss success ?
Ans- Ayurveda’s approach to diet is unlike diet trends and fads, which promote a rigid diet that may not be suitable for everyone, and is often difficult to maintain .Ayurveda is a form of complementary and alternative medicine that originated over 5,000 years ago in present-day India. There are four keys to what makes it successful with weight loss.
1 -Natural – Ayurveda promotes sustainable, natural changes in lifestyle, nutrition and sleep for total mind-body-spirit wellness.
2-Personalized – It meets you where you are and fosters self-awareness by emphasizing that one size doesn’t fit all. Personalized solutions are provided to all three pillars and recommended therapies.
3-Health Prevention – Ayurveda doesn’t treat a disease; it empowers an individual. In Ayurvedic consultations, you discuss your personal health goals and family history.
4-Your practitioner utilizes a holistic management of imbalances, ranging from hypothyroidism to obesity, to anxiety and depression.
5-Stress Targeting – Ayurveda focuses on stress reduction with yoga, meditation, palliative herbs and cleansing therapies.
Q- what is the Ayurveda's approach to weight loss ?
Ans-Weight management in Ayurveda is a part of a larger goal of disease prevention and management. Ayurveda takes a holistic, sustainable and most importantly, individualized approach. For example, fasting for a short duration may be recommended for some individuals or could be contraindicated in some, even though they may both be overweight.
A comprehensive Ayurvedic consultation factors in a person’s state of health, genetic and social history, emotional and mental wellbeing, current imbalances and lifestyle. It addresses the root cause of weight gain and allied conditions, and recommends a combination of short term and long term changes in diet and lifestyle. This is Ayurveda’s edge in helping people lose weight and keep it off.
Q-How we can loss weight ?
Ans- Ayurveda has targeted weight loss for thousands of years and is successful because of its comprehensiveness. Obesity is called Sthoulyam in Ayurveda.
1- According to Ayurveda, there is an imbalance in digestive fire (Agni) and toxins (Ama) which disturbs the metabolism of fatty tissue (Medo Dhatu)
2-Ama also blocks the channels of body tissues causing a vitiation of Vata Dosha, which is the energy principle of air and ether elements. This imbalanced Vata disrupts digestive fire and increases appetite.
3-This, coupled with improper fat metabolism, leads to obesity. Excess intake of sweet, oily and cold food causes vitiation of Kapha Dosha, the energy principle of water and earth elements, which also leads to fat deposition.
4-Ayurveda recommendations for weight loss correct these faulty metabolic factors to maintain optimum body weight.
Choose foods that support weight loss and avoid foods that block it Ayurveda has specific dietary guidelines for different types of Ayurvedic constitution and imbalances. You can follow.
personalized advice after an Ayurvedic assessment, though below are some general tips for all constitutions
Q-how we can loss weight organically ?
Ans-Wheat and barley are specifically mentioned in Ayurveda as grains that aid natural weight loss. Steel-cut oats, millets, quinoa, old rice and amaranth are other options.
1 Enjoy high fiber vegetables like cabbage, broccoli, carrots and banana stem, adequately spiced. Leafy greens, bitter gourd, radish, lentils and legumes are great. Try a bowl of clear soup with veggies!
2 Have fruits in moderation like apples, berries, pears, and limited quantities of nuts and seeds.
3 Favor warming spices like black pepper, dried ginger, turmeric, cumin, cardamom and cinnamon.
4 Opt for whole foods as much as possible and avoid sweets, junk, fried, cold, frozen and canned foods.
You may try food and spices that have a heating potency with scraping qualities, such as ginger, garlic, pepper and honey. However, it’s important to be mindful of your imbalances so as not to cause any aggravation to your system. For instance, pungent food could aggravate Pitta Dosha (energy principle of fire and water). If you consume dairy, replace yogurt with churned buttermilk, which aids tissue level fat metabolism, and add roasted cumin, curry leaves and Himalayan salt to taste.
