C smiled and turned to face him with a grin "Well I mean we could play under the covers...you know sex..." He said playfully back as he kept going since the light turned green, "So where's your place?" He asked, he didn't want to take to long in finding his place since well he is now in the mood.

Tommy looks out the window, watching all the buildings go by, and turns his head when C talks again. That comment makes him lift his eyebrows and chuckle. “Please explain to me what you mean by that—” He leans a little closer, a playful smirk on his face; he knows what it means, he just wants to hear him say it.

C starred at him for a second before smiling and nodding, "Alright fair enough, we can go watch a movie." He suggested.

C laughed as he drove towards his apartment, "I don't know either..." He said as he kept the gaze on the road ahead. He eventually had to stop at a red light, it was then that he turns around to look at Tommy, "We can make the most of the time before we turn in early." He said with a grin, hoping Tommy can get the meaning behind what he said.

Tommy gets into the car, buckles himself in and relaxes against the seat. He adjusts the belt so it doesn’t cut into his neck, before smiling at the other. “It’s too bad we have to turn in so early.” The brunette’s smile turns into a grin, before he winks. “I don’t know what that was supposed to mean.”

C nodded, noting it as another, but disappointing difference between worlds. He figured in any world that the actor would rightfully get the Oscar. He laughs at what Tommy says, what he would have to say might take the cake though. He'll just have to see, "Haha, well alright." He said as he got into his car.

"Yep. Really. It’s too bad." Tommy shrugs his shoulders and looks at him. "I think I actually watched the whole thing that night. The look on his face when his name wasn’t called." He frowns a little, chuckling. "No, you’re not. I’ve heard a lot worse." The brunette smiles. "Okay."

He looked at him and raises his eyebrows a bit in surprise and disappointed that the actor didn't get an Oscar, "Really? I could've sworn it was the other way....he even got a standing ovation....shit I'm probably sounding crazy now....how about my place and I can explain stuff." He said, feeling like the might as was tell him since he slipped up enough.

C laughs and nodded yes as he got off the stool, “Yeah, you looking like Robert Downey Jr not helping….” C teases back, “I had a little celebrity crush on him…especially after he won the Oscar for Chaplin. So my place or yours?” He asked with a nice smile.

"Sure." Tommy smiles widely at him again, and finishes the last of his drink. "So, you want to get out of here? Since we’re clearly both gay, and you’re looking at me like you want to eat me up." He teases, chuckling before standing up from the stool he’s on.

"Thanks..." C blushed even more at the implication there, he was getting a feeling that perhaps this man was like him in that regard, "So you're....I go both ways..." He said, he is pretty sure his face or most of it, is now red from blushing. He stood there looking at him with the same kind of gaze though, "You're welcome."

Tommy grins when he blushes, watches as it moves up to his ears, and chuckles. “You said it. But I won’t take it the wrong way.” He softens his gaze at the other, his smile still cocking his lips. He’d be more than happy to kiss him if that’s what he wants. “Thanks.”

C blushed a bit, he would be mostly right as he can tell someone that they are cute, it's whether or not he might take it the wrong way that's stopping him. Even in his own world he would suddenly freeze a bit, but compared to his world at least gay marriage was made legal in his empire recently, "Alright well don't take it the wrong but....you look cute to me."

Tommy watches the other for a second, gulps down whatever the rest of his drink, and orders another. He notices the look of interest on his new friend’s face, so he turns to him. “You seem like you want to say something, but you can’t quite build up the courage.” He fixes his glasses, smiling.

C nodded and looked at his glass before taking another drink, he was liking the guy next to him. Tommy was really nice and honestly he was the first person outside of his work place to hang out with. He was friendly and he looked cute to him, "Likewise..." He said smiling at him, He was enjoying this.

“Mm—hmm. I know you aren’t, and I should just let you do your own thing.” Tommy chuckles and traces his finger around the rim of his glass while looking down. The guy is nice, and he’s defnitely connecting with him, but more than he’d probably like to admit.

C nodded as he took another sip, "That's ok, everyone has their own talent. I'm not a car expert for one thing." He said light heartedly. He was already liking Tommy enough to want to hang out with him more.

"You won’t have to worry about that. I take it easy when other people are in the car." Tommy grins and takes a long pull from his drink. "Wow. I wish I could do that." He lifts his eyebrows when he asks that question. "What about me? You mean, can I speak other languages? Sorry, I’m not that talented."

"Yeah, I agree, but I don't want to get into a wreck or anything," He replied laughing back, "Oh thanks, I can speak a few other languages but outside of English and Spanish, Russian is the only other one where I don't feel like I suck at speaking..." He said laughing, purposely leaving out Nahuatl, one of the main languages back in his original world, "How about you?"

"I feel you there. I hate dodging traffic, because I have a fast car. What’s the point of having all that horsepower, but no room to gallop?" He laughs quietly. "Really? Well, I would never know that you spoke another language. Your English is perfect."

C nodded, "Yeah, it's smaller then where I was living before so I like that....less traffic," he said laughing with a small smile, "I felt like I had to brush up on my English though since before everyone pretty much didn't spoke...uh..English so felt sorta rusty even though I knew enough to get by."

"A year ago? Do you like it so far?" Tommy sips again, sets the glass onto the napkin it came with and props his elbow up onto the bar before resting the side of his head against his hand.

"Yeah, I prefer the beach and the ocean as well." He said, taking another sip of his drink, "I moved here about a year ago or so."

"Nope. Nobody could pay me any amount of money to go there." Tommy laughs lightly, and nods his head. "Yeah, I bet. I’ll stick to beaches and the ocean. That’s all I need."

"It is,,," C said laughing, "But the cold is alright with me, although I wouldn't want to live in Alaska." He said with a smile before taking another drink before facing him, "Been there once on a..trip you can say, cold as shit."

"Yep. I grew up here, but I moved to LA. I’m here now, visiting my parents." Tommy smiles softly and nods his head. "Mexico City. I’ve never been there. I heard it’s hot, though." He smiles into his drink, chuckling lightly. "Except for the cold. I can never get used to that." The brunette eats a peanut. "But, it sounds like my kinda place."

C took his glass and took a satisfying drink, happy that his new friend didn't seem to catch his little mistake, "So you're from around here I'm guessing? I came up from Mexico City. I don't know how I ended up living in Batlmore..." He said shrugging, "But its as good as any city to settle in."

"That’s what I always thought." Tommy follows him inside, sits, and orders a scotch, straight. He lifts his eyebrows at the other when he slips up, wondering what he almost says for a second before shrugging. The brunette smiles a little when the bartender brings they’re drinks, pressing the glass to his lips.

"Yeah, everything seems to be expensive, but it usually worth the wait to get good tech." He said as he walks to the bar and opens the door. He took a seat at the bar and ordered, "I would like an Azt...I mean Kentucky bourbon on the rocks please." He said, quickly correcting himself. He was pretty good at separating this world with his but some of the alcohol brands trips him up at times.

"I know. I need to invest in it, but it’s so expensive." Tommy shrugs his shoulders and looks out the window for a second. "I’m working on saving up, so I’ll be able to get it eventually." He smiles to himself, unbuckling once the other parks before getting out. The brunette stretches, grunting quietly.
