Gauge Face Kit - Clearance!

Sometimes we get carried away with making things (sorry, boss), or we’ll end up stopping a particular pattern’s lifespan. This means we have a few extra gauge face kits laying around, looking for their forever homes.

In some cases, there might be a “whoopsies” moment—again, sorry boss—and those prints don’t meet our high standards to sell full-price to our customers. This might entail a color being off by a few shades or the gloss layer just isn’t as impactful as we hoped. There might even be a few one-off customs that didn’t work as intended in there, too…

All of the sections of the gauge that affects trouble lights / etc. will be normal—we wouldn’t put out something that gets in the way of your regular functioning lights—we technically charge extra for that stuff.

Each offering will have the particulars with the reason it didn’t make our cut.

Fits all Wrangler JK & JKU Not sure which version you need? Most 2007-2012* JK Jeeps use a Type A, while most 2013*-2017 use a Type B. *2012-13 is the changeover year, so you may need to double check.

How to check Put your key in the ignition, and while holding down the odometer reset button in the cluster, turn the key to run. This is a test mode, and will show you all of the features your cluster has built in.

Type A: Check Engine Light and tire pressure light appear under the tachometer Type B: Check Engine Light and tire pressure light appear in the background (bottom center and above temp) 

Made in the USA All of our gauge kits are designed and made in our Finleyville, PA shop, from plastics made in the USA and bought from local suppliers. If we can feasibly purchase it local—from production to shipping—we do. We design and manufacture these gauges with state-of-the-art digital production equipment. This allows us to add terrific effects and high-end color reproduction to all of our lineups, as well as do bespoke lines for custom shops and outfitters.

Comanche side badge kit

Our modern take on the classic Comanche side badges. Choose from 2 styles, the “square” style found on older Comanche pickups, or the newer “round” style. Jeep Wrangler YJ / TJ transfer case linkage kit

Our kit is bolt on, and simple yet effective. Junk the old "Z" linkage or bell crank, remove the lever from your transfer case, and install. Adjust, test, and go hit the trail. with our new custom built hardware, adjusting is easier than ever with just a pair of pliers, guesswork is dropped by 85%. This is everything to replace the crummy factory operation. NO DRILLING OR WELDING REQUIRED!

Tested to fit Cherokee XJ AW4, AX15, & NP231 and NP242 combos.  Limited reports of use in ZJ Grand Cherokees. Contact us first. 

TJ kit tested on AW4, AX15, NP242 and NP231 combos, as well as later versions for 2005-06. Tested and fit to YJ with 231 Tcase and multiple transmissions. Body lift (and combined transfer case drop) over 1.25" may require additional fitment or fabrication. TJ kit comes with 4" extension to assist with more fitment. To test if it will work in your tj, measure from the hole in the selector lever to the center of the nut on the transfer case input shaft. If this measurement is over 9.5 inches with the lever in 4L,  our kit will not work for your setup without modification and additional fabrication. 

 Exact hardware subject to change as we strive to improve while keeping the cost low.  Standard kits are powder coated, stainless kits use all stainless hardware except for the standard rod ends.  We can supply stainless rod ends at an extra $60 per kit, email for details.  All hardware sourced from US suppliers and manufacturers.  Designed, tested, and assembled in PA.

97+ TJ / XJ Jurassic Theme Park

This is a pre-order. If we do not receive enough orders (5) of each variant by 11/5/18, we will refund those orders. These designs are based off of the JK version, and will have matching AC panels. Foliage Variant: Dense jungle background, with a raptor featured in the center. Dino Skin Variant: Patterned on the Explorer paint scheme popular with XJ owners, the background will feature a reptilian texture. Specific Jeep numbers are available, for an extra $45 (as we have to change multiple art files). These gauges feature a raised banner with recessed motor pool number, a raised T-rex, and raised foliage on the compass window.   

 Made in our Finleyville shop, we design, cut and print these gauges with quality Roland Eco-UV inks. No Step On Snek Jeep Gauge kits - XJ, TJ, and, JK

This is a pre-order! KIts and full artwork will not be made up until we have a certain number of orders for each setup. If we do not reach this number of kits by August 10th, those orders will be refunded. If we reach beforehand, emails will go out with art and timetable for printing. 5 orders JKU - 8 orders 97+ XJ / TJ - 88-96 XJ (currently on sale) Features: Parody graphics of our yellow DTOM faces, but with everyone’s favoirte simplified meme version… Da Skek. All kits will feature smart ass quips for warning lights and gauges (see the XJ one in the photos). JK / JKU version : 2007-2013 is typically Type A, 2014-17 typically Type B. If you have other panels that you wish to have match and have us directly print on, contact us for a quote. We can directly apply the color and pattern to many surfaces with our process. 97+ XJ / TJ come with switch panel and appropriate AC panels.

Due to XJ and TJ cluster internal lighting and plastic, you may see artifacting behind graphics at night. We recommend experimenting with LED placement to minimize.

TeamADW installation possible if you are local to the shop.

Accessory panel printing, as it is textured, can be damaged by solvents and scratched. We do a double cure on it before it leaves the shop, however, in this case, we are shipping a print with the actual print side out to the user, unlike our standard accessory panels. We recommend plastic safe cleaners like Novus. No Alcohol based cleaners!

Broken upper shock bolts on your XJ? Knock those OEM nuts out, and replace them with one of our Deluxe XJ Upper Rear Shock Mount kits. Made from the same laser cut USA steel as our linkage kits, these stand heads and tails above the competition with all stainless hardware, in either a classic black wrinkle finish, or a stainless steel body. Order a combo pack and get both a powder coated Shock Mount and a 4x4 Linkage! Powdercoat versions are shipping now, stainless versions coming back soon.
