im giving myself today to eat whatever ide like. I start tomarrow

I broke my fast already. I had a salad. I just don’t think fasting works for me. Im gonna keep it down but i’m going all the way with throwing up dinner. Im gonna puke until theres nothing left and then drink water and pule that up too.

2/27/21 8 hour fast

Im starting my fast at 12:00pm and ending it at 8:00pm maybe longer. Im gonna eat dinner at 8pm and then purge it so ill post a weigh in tomorrow morning also and before I eat dinner
