New Technology, New World How Technology has impacted on Human Lives.

INTRODUCTION: The first thing I wanted to say is that technology is different. Technology can also be part of human lives, it can help so many different things by doing what they can do. I would say if work is hard and if you have technology it’s easy for people to get their work done especially through education and business etc. Technology they have their own work or potential of what to do in human lives and another thing I would say is that technology has an easy connection. If we use it, it’s easy for us to connect to our families and people around us even though we use a laptop, a phone or it can be any technology that you can use. They all have the same connection.

How Technology are so useful in Human Resources

The first thing I would say is that technology can make work easier and effective. In human Resources, technology can be the first option in their workplace and their societies. They depend on technology everyday, because they know that technology is easy to gather information and data and also it’s easy to get more employees. The thing about technology is control the Humanity and it can change people’s minds to still depend on technology but not let them use their intelligence. And another thing technology changes the way human resources contact employees,store files and analyze employee performance. Technology can improve human resources assessment.Technology can also support human resource hire or retain management.

Some Advantages of Technology

Save people’s life: in the world today many people die because there’s a lot of virus and bacteria or they can get sick easily but the only solution to that is they need technology to save or cure their sickness in order for them to live. Thanks to technology, it can save so many lives to prevent bacteria and viruses.

Better learning techniques: Almost like all the students around school and every school they have so many techniques about technology like if you don’t know how to do something about technology, this generation can help you with that. I tell you this generation has a lot of techniques and when they play with technology it brings them better learning techniques.

Ease of Access to Information: Around the world so many people are access to the internet and when they do they easily find some website they wanna use for their company or for business and some people if they drink coffee and they wanna read books, people can access to internet and get books or read books from E-book. And if people need to see news around the world everything is in the social media but not all such news are on the internet but it can get straightforward to access people’s information.

Save time: people say that technology saves time, yes definitely. If you are wondering if you wanna go somewhere, navigation can help you find anywhere you wanna go. You can just open it and pin the location and it will take you there just in time.

Ease of Mobility: In the past people walked foot by foot but nowadays people travel by technology. There’s a lot of mobility that can take people everywhere they wanna go. So nowadays everything is easy for people to travel place by place and country by country.

Some disadvantages of Technology

1. Effect on people: I would say that technology can be a distraction and addict to people especially to people who are driving and it can cause people to become addicted to it and people will depend on it.

2. Effect on employment and economy: when people replace technology it can lead them lose their skill and it will lead them to a lower rate and it effects the economy so if people pay tax, they depend on robot tax just to make it easier to get the tax but it will become expensive someday.

Conclusion

Soon if we discovered technology more it will change our world into the future. There will be easier technology to make time and day more easier to human lives and it’s best that technology has changed human’s lives. If we have more new technology it will change or attempt to enter our body and change the way we think and the target is human blood and emotions.

In this 20th century people around the world are using different kinds of technology. So the moment you wake up and to the moment you go back to sleep, technology can be everywhere. Today people around the world are trying to create a future, especially inventors, they can find a way just to create a future.In this generation students have been using social media through any different kinds of technology not only social media but also using apps for their work in school. Technology can be a distractor but it is useful for education, technology is a very powerful tool for education. Teachers can use technology to find resources and attend virtual professional development seminars and conferences.Technology can give teachers and students great resources, new opportunities for learning, ways to collaborate and create, and save money.

Why do we need educational technology?

Technology helps students improve their results, they can pay attention to every single student's achievements and they can personalize the educational process.The teachers can use different methods to capture the students attention and assess their progress, with that approach, we can enhance the learning process.Hundreds of digital education tools have been created with the purpose of giving freedom to the students for improving academic processes.

There are 11digital education tools for technology and they are kahoot,Animoto,storybird,educlipper,classdojo,ck-12,TED-Ed,thinglink,Projeqt,Socrative. And each of these digital has something to help out students with their academics.

I'm about to lose connection. For the ones who remain connected everyday or sometimes think about this, technology is a useful servant but a dangerous master and in technology whatever can be done, will be done.
