Anthony Bourdain dedicated the majority of his career to increasing cultural empathy and understanding. He fought bullshit of all shades. He fought fear with knowledge. He made me laugh and he opened my world. We are going to be so so so much poorer without him. Damn. May his memory be for a blessing.
