I might take a break from hndr line as a whole. Its taking a huge mental toll on me and im just not able to handle it rn with irl stuff. Ive hyperfixated on a lotta things before but not to this intensity. Hndr line made me pick my pencil back up and start actually using references for my doodles. And it was fun to interact w other fans of a fandom for the first time. Buttt yeah the game is just too straining mentally. This is why i almost always stick to fluffy lgbt content goddamit

Hopefully if i come back ill watch more routes and make a 5k word post yapping abt my frustrations with the game. For now, ill do my best to avoid hndr line content... i can try at least

Eito Aotsuki Tickle Headcanons

Because I love him 🥰 I’m having such brainrot

-LEE and sometimes a ler but rarely

-Sweet baby-he’s so ticklish! Even the threat of tickles will have him nervous giggling. He’s jumpy too- if he thinks you’re gonna tickle him and you reach in his direction he jumps back with his arms around himself (accidentally gives away all his tickle spots too)

-Given how isolating his life was, he never had a real tickle fight before. He also rarely ever IS tickled so he has absolutely no resistance whatsoever. He likes tickles though; they remind him that his body isn’t as frail as it used to be and he can handle a bit of roughhousing

-His coat protects him somewhat? It’s that puffer material, so you either need to get past it or press in deeply to tickle him. If you do though, his laugh is soft and hiccupy, so it’s absolutely worth it.

-His sides and tum are especially bad: little pokes and prods there leave him flailing for safety while he giggles for mercy. If you REALLY wanna get him laughing though? Go for his legs. His thighs in particular are deathly. One time Takumi went to adjust his grip on his legs while carrying him home post battle- he nearly dropped him with how hard Eito spasmed (the team may have “bullied” him on the way home I might make that a fic-)

-Speaking of, Takumi tickles him the most. They’re boy-besties; so naturally it was going to happen. When they were back at the compound, Takumi never one tickle fights against Karua, so he likes the fact he holds a chance against Eito and can usually win (Until Eito remembers tickling back is an option)

-As a ler, he’s a bit inexperienced but gets the technique down rather quick. He always stops when told to, and prefers a lighter touch when it comes to getting his lee (unfortunately for Takumi, this is EXACTLY what destroys him hehe) He doesn’t know how to tease either, much like his motivational speeches, it’s kinda corny. Still cute as hell though!

-He himself can’t handle teasing- call him cute or talk about how his laugh is sweet and he’ll be a blushy mess in your arms ahdbwndnnedndn Weak to terms of endearment too- say things like “Cutie” or “Good boy” to him and he’s puddy in your hands.

-Be gentle with this one! He can take some tickles but is prone to coughing fits if you go on too long. He’s good at communicating his needs, so he will let you know when he’s done. Gets really sleepy post tickle fights, and a bit cuddly if you’re comfy with it. Best be prepared to stay wherever you are if you do tickle him- once he passes out on you, that’s that.

Alternative Route to Cult of Takumi

i just personally wish that route instead was everyone puppy-crushing on Takumi and having cute moments with him. Romantic or platonic.

Imagine the CGs.. Everyone having a different cute scene with him, kinda like the bonding events. Like Gaku doing domestic stuff with Takumi like cooking or smth, Tsubasa and Takumi working on a project together covered in dirt and oil smells, Kurara teaching Takumi how to make her curry, Takemaru and Takumi playing a fighting video game, Aotsumi reading history books together... thinking about it makes me cry.

I can't write for shit but if I could I'd make a fanfic like this. Route 101/102. It would be the TRUE fanservice route, at least for me.

Route 0 thoughts dump (vague spoilers)

sigh... finally pushed through the first playthrough last night. Im... conflicted on the big twist, to put it lightly.

I'm really enjoying how deep the lore goes and how many questions are still left unanswered. I've been looking around reddit and twitter for spoilers since I'm not patient enough to wait for route playthroughs (I'm plannign to watch only a few specific routes). but the more i read them, the more I crash out lol.

Update on the search for the True Yaoi. I bring good news!

Spoilers for the Multiple Eitos and Goodbye Eito routes ahead!!!

While I don't believe there's any footage of the routes just yet, I was informed of some vague information by someone who has played the routes. Apparently these two routes are the best routes for Takumi and Eito content! Yes, it is doomed no matter what, but is a total of five endings worth of content.

Multiple Eitos apparently has the best interaction between the both of them and focuses a lot on how Eito feels around that point in the story. I don't know any full details though.

And Goodbye Eito is a fairly special ending as I previous predicted. It's from Eito's perspective! And it makes it quite clear how he feels about Takumi. Once again, my information on the details is still limited.

I hope this brought some hope to the Takumi/Eito shippers!

Hi I am going to complain about Eito from 100 line now. Warning for spoilers from day 98 onwards and a BUNCH of routes. Just to be clear, he is my favorite and i love him, my complaints come from love only.

OKAY SO UH, Eito 100% has a komaeda-style heel turn towards the back end of the game and reveals himself to be NOT on your side at all. Very cool very sexy. I was anticipating this, hoping for it, fingers crossed begging for it. There's a very sexy sprite where he is winking and covered in blood, it makes me insane. NOW, the reason i am MAD, is because his motive is just....lame....and dumb....and bad. It honestly kinda ruined him for me. It's nonsensical. NOW, i must clarify that i don't have the time, nor energy to finish all the routes but i have consulted a friend who has already done so, and will be leaning on him a little bit here, but even his assertions that his motive does have SOME legitimacy is not enough to make me calm down so. Eito, sees all humans as monsters. literally, visually, smell-ually (not a word). he claims this is due to a birth defect. First of all, if this is how all humans have always looked, then you wouldn't......consider them monsters? why would you be disgusted by them if you have never known any different, had no point for comparison? Second of all, how boring, how lame, how stinky. It has none of that emotional depth or comprehensive motivation that uhhhhh.....my favorite guy komaeda has. It's just "i hate all humans, they smell, i read a book about WW2 once." couldnt he have just been a regular person abandoned by the system? Determined to send a message? That would be surface level but at least it would be emotive and understandable. Now, my friend who has actually finished the routes has some clarifications, so ill be going by what he has said here, but FIRST. if you are reading this and dont already know what happens after day 98 then BOY HOWDY do i have some news for you. So. Eito fucks everything up and ruins your plans. hes so cool. you kill him and doing so gain some immense power that allows you to GO BACK IN TIME and try again. very cool genuinely very cool (would have been cooler if i didnt have to play 30 hours of pretty boring game to get to it, but okay). Here is where the routes come in. You get to redo the 100 days and each route is a different attempt based on your choices. Now my friend says, that some of these routes do contain more explanations about Eito and imply that his 'disease' was implanted into him by a group that wants humanity dead and that he is a plant. Now. i dont hate that, BUUUUUUT, why did they have to do that at all? Why not just....send down a guy who hates humans and get him to do the dirty work without having to mess around in his brain? And DONT say that they need someone with hemoanima and maybe there was no one on the team who fit the bill because NOZOMI is right there and she snuck in without hemoanima soooooo. W/e, it doesnt fix the problem TO ME, especially since you aren't always going to learn this and learning it doesnt fix the hours i already spent being angry about it lol, if it was something that could happen at the beginning of the route and actually 'fix' eito that would be interesting, but apparently you can only do this around day 60-ish in various routes. Now the reason i say these complaints come from love only, is because i really really liked eito. he was cute, i liked his design, i even support him hating and wanting to kill me. i just think his motive does the game a disservice because it just doesnt have enough interesting layers DESPITE him being otherwise very well written and fun to talk to. he can be such a little shit in the re-dos where he doesnt need to pretend to be nice anymore and i LOVE IT, i just wish it came from a place of more narrative cohesion. There were so many other ways the could have done it, and HONESTLY there are even ways they could have better resolved what they were already working with by giving more solid answers instead of just 'implying' his disease may not actually be genetic. Implication has its merits, but in a game with this many endings, you would hope that at least one of them gives a sufficient explanation, but whatever, that's just my onion.
