Maybe he can move to the other side of the town and ask if his parents would take him during this whole thing and just avoid it until he knows for sure that there's nothing to worry about. Just a couple of weeks, until the Moon, when his period will come and he will know for sure. It's a brilliant plan, flawless and nobody will ever notice and– “I think I am pregnant with Sirius' baby.”

- or. Sirius and Remus share their cycles. After a month, Remus starts suspecting the small possibility of being pregnant. Can two friends go through the whole pregnancy and raise that baby platonically? Will the feelings they have for each other interfere somehow?
