Hello there~ So... sugestion... What about... Macro/micro scenario. Actress(She is either giantess or the others are just small) is 'accidentally' swallowing stuntgirl for one scene in film. Unfortunatelly... there is always something wrong during the filming of that scene and she has to repeat it several times. But the stuntgirl is not getting out of her stomach till it's finished so more stuntgirls are being brought. Actress is also starting to get stomach ache from overeating after while >.>
