This has become the #1 question I’ve gotten on social media lately. I gave a sort of trite answer on Instagram yesterday that said something like:
“Yes, but the trick is that they look and act just like everyone else!”
Another answer is that the characters are all cartoon characters, even though many of them look like humans. We’re there LGBT Looney Tunes characters? Would it matter if there were?
Another answer entirely is that we were discouraged from dealing with anything “touchy” at the turn of the century. Whether it was a valid concern or not, the networks were afraid of what parents might think if we included anything that strayed outside of traditional societal norms. And believe me we tried. I felt very lucky just to be able to include things like a black Dracula and his extended family.
Times have changed for the better (at least in that way). Billy & Mandy was always a satire of the times, and if it were still being made today there would probably be some changes in the makeup of Endsville and its residents. But since it is what it is, I encourage fans to ‘ship whoever they want. Your imagination is a free world! Enjoy it!

For those who don’t know what SML is , its the main YouTube channel where Logan Thirtyacre, the creator of the channel, makes Mario plush videos ,with his family and fellow colleagues, witch involves plush version of Nintendo and other characters (like Mario, Shrek, Woody, Bowser jr) getting in to crazy, dumb, funny and vulgar misadventure. Logan basically started making those videos when he was just 13 years old and he has gain a lot of success entertaining his viewers, gaining over 3000000 subscribers to this day.
Now here whats going on, recently his videos have been getting age restricted due to Youtube idiotic policy and he sadly revealed that his whole channel, his job, has a chance of being deleted. And honestly this sucks a lot, I’m a huge fan of his work and it would be really sad seeing it get deleted, but it would be even more sadder for him, cause he been on Youtube for 10 years, sure his videos might not appropriate( there mostly cussing and sometimes violence) but to see everything he worked for just to get deleted is really sad.
Right now he doesn’t know how to contact Youtube and he really need help from bigger voices on youtube. Please if any of you guys know, are in contact or know someone who in contact with some big Youtubers ( but I mean like the big ones) please share this news with them to see if they can help him out. Content creator seriously do not deserve this kind of treatment. So please spread the word, even if you dont watch his videos.
I just read that you will keep all your animations public because you don't want to make people pay for your art, and I want to say that that's very honorable. You're awesome, and your art is awesome.
I’ve had more than enough with shitty game developers fucking me over left right and center to know that It’d be a really rude thing to do. I don’t want to make people feel that way, nor do I want to stop people from seeing the things I make.Hiding it behind a paywall would not only alienate, but piss people off. It’s a shitty thing to do in general, no idea why anyone would think it’s a good idea.
The FCC sided with Comcast and decided to let ISPs censor the internet. The Internet needs to stop this from happening: http://cms.fightforthefuture.org/tellfcc/
Last Wednesday, FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler announced a proposal for new rules that would allow for a “ fast lane” of Internet traffic for content providers who are willing (and able) to pay a fee. [1] The proposal reverses the FCC’s previous commitment to net neutrality and open internet and allows ISP’s like Comcast or Verizon to slow down and censor services that don’t pay the toll.
We have to be totally honest, this situation is seriously grim. But there is still hope. The FCC already knows that the Internet community wants net neutrality, but they think they can put their spin on these new rules and sneak them through. If we can prove them wrong right now with a massive public outcry, we can literally save the Internet once again.
We need to stop the FCC now. Big business groups are already ramping up lobbying efforts with the FCC in swarms since Wednesday’s announcement in support of censoring the open Internet and to ensure this dangerous proposal moves forward. [2]
This is a critical moment. In the last few weeks more than 65,000 people have taken action with us. Can you help us get to 80,000 by the end of the day today?
