As I've learned more about my young childhood trauma, and as I've started to remember more things about the neglect that took place at such a young age, it's motivated me greatly to start taking care of myself better. Before, I did a pretty good job of it, but I'm starting to genuinely put care into it and enjoy it. Although beginning to remember that period of my life is very angering and very frustrating, good things are also coming from it !

I suppose it's not entirely bad, after all ...
