Why isn’t anyone asking about the parents of this boy? Who lets a 13 year old run-around the city with a hand gun? I think the parents are responsible for this. The kid should have been at home doing his homework under their supervision or some responsible adult. Let’s not jump to conclusions about the cops.
The system is disgusting. You can't reform this amount of systemic racism. You most abolish it.
