Welcome to Grimmtale Apartments, a comfortable home for all beings in need

A fun slice of life RP about all kinds of creatures from the realms of sci-fi, fantasy, folklore, and mythology living together in an apartment building run by a mysterious landlord.

Our group is looking for avid and active adults to join our discord server! All applicants must be at least 19, though 21+ is preferred. Just no children. 

What to expect:

Chill activity levels: We have people posting in scenes daily, but we encourage all members to go at whatever pace is comfortable for them.

Flexible world-building and lore any player is free to add to. There plenty of channels to explore and meet characters in, there’s never a want for open space. 

Interactions that matter: Characters’ fates, friendships and romances depend on how they interact with their neighbors.

Creativity: We welcome ideas from all members for cities, rooms, or plot events. We hear everyone out. Should your idea be accepted as a plot event, you’ll be allowed to run it yourself with guidance from mods as needed. 

Character Freedom: We take this seriously, in a good way. Members are allowed multiple characters. We love seeing interesting character ideas and concepts; there’s very little that we don’t allow. So long as your character makes sense and doesn’t upset the atmosphere, we welcome it. 

An Open and Enthusiastic Community: Our members are always excited not only for their own characters, but for others’ characters as well. We consider this a shared passion project by friends, and our chat is always open to talk.
