ny police saying they cant say if a hate crime was commited against sam nordquist cause the suspects "identify as lgbtq+" and one of them isnt white, so guess that means they couldnt have tortured this black trans man for weeks and weeks before killing him and ditching his body in a field just because he was a black trans man. only white cishets can commit that as a hate crime i guess
