Bandit
I figured the best way to end this blog (assignment wise) would be with showcasing an old photo of Bandit. The reason why is because it is all because of this car that made me wanting to to photograph in the automotive scene, but I do not want to be tied down to just that, which is why in this blog I have showcased many other things other than just the automotive photos that I have taken and changed the blog up a lot.
This photo was back when I first got the car, but already started my notification process. I wanted to show how far I had came when looking at this photo and comparing it to others in this blog.
However I wanted there to be a moral to the story. The moral being you never know where life will take you. The struggles and build up and break downs experienced, but it is all life. I build this car up, it broke down and repeat. Just like life. Just like the business, it started in one direction and grew into many. It’s a struggle, but there will be an end result just like how Bandit ended.

Santa Baby Photo Shoot with Lauren & Murphy
With the holidays on its way. It is the perfect time to get your winter photoshoots and family photos done. Lauren wanted to get photos done for a Christmas card, and obviously include her baby, Murphy. I am especially impressed with doing this photoshoot due to the fact that this entire photoshoot occurred in the rain, with over 400 shots taken in varies places. These two are just a few of my favorite since Lauren made it especially more Christmas time like by adding the reindeer antlers to Murphy. To the holidays and building my business!

Bandit
As it turns to December, the final month in the year. I really have gone back and reflected on the year. What I have accomplished and what I need to accomplish. It also makes me realize that in 17 short days, when the 18th rolls around I will be 23 years old. It also makes me miss Bandit, the car that got me into the photography field more so by the connects that I had made through the years because of this car and the name that I made for myself. I am so blessed for that.

Dylan Gardner
A while back I went to a concert with my friend Caylin, of someone (second photo) that I had never heard of before. Dylan Gardner. Prior to the concert I was at the bar and making new friends. Turns out it was his band. We ended up trading contact information because of how chill I was and treated them like REAL people, and not someone who makes money out of fame, and touring. I got an amazing spot to take the photographs, and took multiple photos. I showed the band afterward and the man of the hour, they wanted copies to use for promotions and they would promote my company. Moral of the story. You never know who you will run into, and see your talent at taking photos and help turn your company into more than just taking photos of cars.

Jennifer
I recently had a photoshoot with Jennifer. She wanted some headshots for her private practice, as well as whatever else that I captured. Once I showed her the photos that I had done she fell in love with the ones that captured who she truly was. She was satisfied with her business photos, but you could tell which ones were for a photoshoot specified for that cause, and what was out of being her self and showing her personality. Out of all of the moments I captured of her, this one was by far my favorite. Sure she was just fixing her hair, but she was happy and showcased so much more than just doing an action.

Candid Photos Part 2
There needs to be an understanding that even when just clicking and doing candid photos at the same time of getting that “perfect” “planned shot” that you will have photos that make you laugh and that are not the best. This does not mean you do not know what you are doing. This just shows that you clicked and kept focus on the person and not look down at your camera every five seconds to look at your shots. @motherofbeelzebub

Candid photos.
Don’t be afraid to just keep clicking the camera when focusing on a person. Sometimes candid photos come out amazing and and share a great photo to the collection. Sometimes it is nice to have a photo shoot and not every single photo ends up being stages or model like. You have to be confident in your photos and your skills and not focus on the perfect picture. In the end you will love what you shoot. @motherofbeelzebub

With my company, I am trying to be different than other photographers. Instead of just focusing on cars, I want to do everything and anything in order to make my customer happy. I did a photoshoot of Erika ( @motherofbeelzebub) for her 23rd birthday celebration. I love that in this photo you get to capture fall, and that when taking the photo I was able to get the lens to only focus on her instead of seeing the trees clearly. There are many aspects in this photo that I have posted about prior.

There has to be meaning in what you capture.
If I am taking a photo of a car, I am showing the build, the passion, the love. It is different than when capturing something that is alive. When you are capturing something or someone you want to capture their personality. Who they REALLY are. Elvira is a menace, a thief, mischievous, and extremely sneaky. The great part is that this photo, her eyes show that. Thats the true vision of being a photographer.
Again this photo is raw and unedited.

Lighting is key
No matter what you are capturing whether it is a person, a car, anything. You have to pay attention to your surroundings and to the lighting surrounding you. Last week for Halloween all I did was do my make up inspired by Cleopatra and hand out candy. However the photo that I captured with my camera of myself astounded me. It is really difficult to capture yourself without seeing what you are capturing, but after many attempted I fell in love with this. I love the fact that it only highlights my face an the background is blacked out. This photo is completely unedited. It just goes to show that you do not need a filter when you know what you are doing and you take lighting into perspective.

Corvette at Charlotte Motor Speedway at Fall Autofair
ITS NOVEMBER! You know what that means? Well to most you're thinking oh its fall, time for fall activities and weather. Well to us in the car community its Boost Weather. Its the beautiful sound that cars make in the cold if they have a turbo and sometimes if they have a supercharger. It makes us excited for this time because to us its apart of our passion and its a sound that everyone in the car community knows and loves. I chose this photo that I took because Corvettes have a supercharger and sometimes people might add a turbo and do other modifications to their vehicle. Its also an easy vehicle to do what you want to on. So Happy Boost Weather everyone!

Happy Halloween Followers! From Elvira and I
You might have previously seen the post about a pup named “Bryn”, well this is her. We renamed her and she seems so much happier with a new name. One that does not connect her to the past.
Also I chose this photo that I took of her because due to her abuse that she encountered prior to me, she has scars on both sides of her mouth making her look like the Joker. I did not want to take a photo that obviously showed the scars by me forcing to show the world, but a photo that showed her relaxed and the visible scar that she wears.
As I have stated before you never know where life takes you and the things that can happen in your life that can change in a heart beat.

This photo I took a while back of two people that I had met and became friends with in the car community. This photo to me is not just showing the passion of a mustang, but I remember all of the good and bad memories that occurred in these cars and with these people.
A passion and a photo can connect you to anything. The past, memories. They may be good, they may be bad, but they are apart of you. However to everyone else who does not know the story. This photo is just a clean close up of a Shelby and a 5.0 highlighting the front facia characteristics.

You never know where life may take you
Last year, I took this photo in 2017 under the impression that I was going to be returning back to UNCC instead of starting a new chapter and coming to Queens.
I posted this all over my social media about how a new beginning would be starting, and that it would be the year of Bandit and rebuilding her to her show car potential.
Neither of those things went the way that I had planned.
Instead I came to Queens. Made new friends, became even closer to graduating, doing better in school and in life, and I closed that chapter of UNCC behind me, but not the friendships that were made.
Then shortly after I got into a major car accident which totaled Bandit, and the year of Bandit was gone. However due to the accident I actually saw a chiropractor and with the X-rays, the accident saved my life with how bad my neck was.
But one thing never changed, my love for mustangs, Bandit, photography, or my passion for cars.

I know that this does not revolve around cars in any way, but this is something that involves with my life, and something that is also turning into a passion in a way.
This puppy, her name is Bryn.
This story is the perfect example of, you never know who you might meet in your life that changes it for the better. My friend took me to her room on campus on day and there she was “Bryn”, locked up in a small crate. My friend, proceeds to tell me about the dog and the abuse that she has witnessed her roommate do to this dog. I asked my friend, if she's trying to get rid of her I will take her.
Now lets get to the abuse that this roommate did to this sweetheart... The crate was too small for her and would stay locked up for 18 hours at a time, and sometimes the entire day. Would go the same amount of time, if not longer without food or water.
When I came to pick her up, she did not even have a leash or collar. So the pup never went on walks, would do to the bathroom on the floor when let out from the crate. When she came to my house and ate and drank, she got sick and her feces was like liquid due to not eating. She was very malnourished and dehydrated.
The roommate never gave me the paper work. I went to housing, disabilities, and finally the dean of students. She never turned them in. Then when I went to the vet, she needed all of her shots and is not even fixed.
Bryn’s backstory, she went from a puppy mill to a kill shelter and then into the arms of this abusive girl. She has scaring on both sides of her mouth like the Joker, and the vet said its from what ever they put in her mouth as a puppy and it ripping through her skin and it healing over. She also has scaring on her body as well, and who knows why. She’s also had puppies, and she's only 1 year old, based off of the vet looking and checking. She's also fully grown. She's the size of a terrier, and looks like a black lab.
Due to the abuse. She's possessive over attention, and freaks out when water and food is around. She has excessive energy. Cry’s when you leave the room, and she can’t go with you.
We tried to find her a forever home, but it turns out we feel so much in love with her, we decided to keep her and get her trained, and then she will be a service pup.
Now the part where I said it has become a passion, its going to be for me to advocate for animals like this and there to be consequences for animal abusers. I am not going to foster any pets, or anything like that. I just want others to be self aware about animal abuse and do something about it. It took me a lot of thought on if I was even going to post this, but I felt like it was needed.

A night Shot
They can be hard to capture, but when you can get the right lighting and capture the lights itself, it creates a beautiful photo.
I took this photo of Bandit, because I wanted to showcase the halos, and the uniquity of the custom lights that were installed. I both love and hate the fact that you can see the glare and hand prints on the hood.

On this day I am going to do a duel post, a post about family, and cars.
My fiancé and I met because of the car scene, so you never know what passion will bring you. Together we have a pup named Ivy. He works for Rios Racing, which is an amazing company who does work for performance vehicles. If anyone has a car that needs to get worked on or tuned, thats the company to go to. They are amazing people, all veterans who work for the company and own the company. I feel like thats such a great message to send to people.
