Pure Vanilla (awakened) still isn't fully mentally well... yk with the collapsing and the brushing it off... and so he likely still has his very self sacrificing nature.. and with how similar awakened PV especially looks to the avatar of destiny...

what if he uses himself in some way to stop dark enchantress... like sealing her using himself as a vessel so he can seal HIMSELF away- and slowly morphs into this... or takes her darkness away and morphs into this... urgurhhgh... bc it's definitely not BEYOND him

what if shadow milk was the first to corrupt... and lets say the two were in love... what if burning spice could usually handle dealing with the pain that came from the never ending cycle because he had something- or someone- that WOULD not crumble. "Something that crumbles from my axe doesn't deserve to exist at all" HE wants something consistent, what if he slowly began to devolve more and more as all of his friends lost it- and he felt like he lost everything via that. he knew his people would crumble- and if his friends were already insane- what would he have left?!?! I feel like he'd be caring, friendly, smitten even with everything and everyone. I feel like he would appreciate the world around him most- because he could understand the changes, and with things that wouldn't change too- he could handle it better.

On another note, there's a lot of AUS to deal with Shadow Milk uncorrupting, and I feel like after that- Burning Spice would be the easiest to uncorrupt since he seems to really just be longing for his past kingdoms, his friends, the things he cared about- and having one of those things could be a rock for him.
