   🐺   Who was she talking about? Elaine was no Knight, she was obviously a Fairy. Master maybe? Nah, he’s not small in the slightest. With the Bandit wracking his brain, suddenly the woman of interest had appeared behind, and with that, the realization was clear!    🐺

   🐺   “ ---Oh, Jericurl? I’m just teaching her some humility, all good Holy Knights need that factor, if they wanna become stronger. “  🐺

"I'll trust your judgement on this one.. but if you come back to me again with a bunch of fresh scars.. I'll launch you out of bed and off the side of a cliff, okay?" Tough love, that was the way to go.

   🐺  Feisty, just the way he liked her. With fangs now showing once again with a confident grin, the Undead Bandit simply took the Fairy’s hand into his, and spoke. 🐺

"Don't.. don't say stupid things like that. Telling me to stay away." She rose up to his level and gave his ribs a nudge with her foot, before pressing herself against his shoulder. "You stayed with me through so much. I'm not going anywhere, Ban."

   🐺  “ ---Hey, I was just telling you to be careful. We get a little---Destructive. Yeah, that’s a good word for it. Destructive! “ he spoke, slow leaning into her touch, comforting as it may be. This woman sure knew how to put an aching heart at ease, maybe that was a part of her Fairy charm? Or maybe he’d drank too much last night, and he was still feeling the after effects. Either way, it was a good feeling.  🐺

   🐺  The worry on the little Fairy’s face was duly noted, especially when mentioning the Captain. The man had questions of his own for Meliodas, but best saved for another time. The Ten Commandments had invaded, and there was more for them to worry about than themselves. But, the Captain was one that the Bandit had the utmost respect for, and held him as one of the only people to ever not reject him completely out of the gate. 🐺

   🐺  With a soft chuckle emanating from sharp caverns, an even sharper tongue began to roll, and soon the man took to procuring his own hand into the other, and cracking all four knuckles violently, a grin flashing as ivory fangs peeked. 🐺

   🐺  “ ---Then I’ll just kick his ass again~, We’ve fought a bunch before, especially when we haven’t seen each other in awhile. But, when we fight seriously---You may not wanna be around for that, my dear.~ “ 🐺
