Peyton decided to have a relaxing morning walk while also taking a quick stop at Honey Beau Coffee Shop. As she didn't feel like cooking breakfast so this was a perfect stop to her as she wanted a quick bite to eat with a frappe.

Peyton wanted to eat outside as the morning breeze was feeling amazing the sun was hitting just right. Peyton ordered something light on her stomach as she wanted to work out later at her complex gym. But after getting her food Peyton was annoyed at the Unsavory Charlatan, as he was trying to pick pocket someone in front of her while eating.

But Peyton soon realized her "good morning" was turning into something strange because right after she finished her food she noticed Aaron walking up to the coffee shop. he stared at her like he wanted to speak but she directed her eye contact to elsewhere. She didn't want him to have the satisfaction of her noticing him as he tried to make her feel "jealous" by talking to other girls in her face. And him failing to realize Peyton didn't owe him anything especially cause they aren't together. But Peyton called Gabbie to tell her what's going on currently at the coffee shop and they just had a huge laugh together because they both realized something, Aaron was Delusional.

Peytons daily chronicles 🥛🤍

Peyton and Gabbie made plans the night before to have a early morning boba date. As Gabbie never had bubble tea and really wanted to try it. Peyton got there before Gabbie because "Hello Boba!" was right next to her complex and decided to buy her and Gabbie drinks as gabbie arrived 10 minutes later.

They both sat down after enjoying their drinks as Peyton brought her and Gabbie Brown sugar boba. And they just been discussing how it's been going for Gabbie and how has she been settling into her loft with her roommate.

After being at the boba shop for a while Peyton and Gabbie decided it was time to go, and as they were heading to the door a guy stopped Peyton to compliment her and introduce himself to her.

After their quick conversation the guy went outside where his friend was. Peyton and Gabbie decided to walk out there and wait Gabbies cab but the guy that just flirted with Peyton decided to see if his charm would work on Gabbie and needless to say she was not pleased or interested. But Peyton was having a good conversation with that same guys friend.

Peytons daily chronicles pt.2 👯‍♀️❤️

Following up from her jog once Peyton came back home she took a quick shower and changed into something comfortable and not even 10 minutes later she got a knock on her door.

Peyton walked towards her door with a stern voice "Who is it?" a loud familiar voice followed up, "GIRL WHO DO YOU THINK?" Peyton quickly opened the door to see it was her bestfriend Gabbie.

The two exchanged a long hug, because they haven't seen each other since Peyton lived in Pleasantview.

Peyton: "Girl how long has it been?"

Gabbie: "it's been six months since I last seen you, Your fathers death took such a toll on you. That you went MIA and suddenly moved." Gabbie said with such a concerning voice.

Peyton: "I'm sorry and you didn't deserve that Gabs, I should've kept you in the loop. But after my mom moved with that man who caused my father to be so depressed and eventually dying of a broken heart. And just quickly starting a new life and family with THAT SAME MAN, I couldn't stay there anymore." Peyton voice said angrily.

Gabbie just gave Peyton a tighter hug cause she didn't know that's what Peytons been going through.

Peyton: "So, what are you doing in Mahogany Ridge?"

Gabbie: "Girl, I just moved here I got me a little loft with a roommate, you know alot of people we went to college with is moving down here. Every since they seen you leave and doing quite well for yourself. You know it just inspired them to start fresh too. Even that cute football player that was super into you moved here to finish senior year like the rest of us, have you bumped into him yet?"

Peyton: "Wow I just wanted to get away from the trauma that my family down there was giving me. But I'm glad alot of you guys are down here especially you, I missed my only bestfriend so much. And no I haven't seen him. I been busy trying to settle into this apartment, and tasking school while trying to juggle being a training coach, and being a influencer for the sporty girls." She said so fast.

After that Peyton gave Gabbie a tour of her apartment and they both decided to sit down and catch up. Peyton told Gabbie about Aaron and how he backed out of their jog together and she also showed Gabbie a picture of him

Gabbie: "Girl he is weird from what you told me from your interactions in the coffee shop, it just seems like he was being a phony by lying and saying he likes the same interests as you just to get close."

Peyton: "I know right! I don't like a fraud, be real and honest with me. I like guys who are true to themselves and I just hate liars overall you know? Don't plan something with me and don't go through. Because I have a schedule I like to maintain."

Gabbie: "He wasn't even cute girl, WHO told guys that not taking care of aftershave was cute? You dodged a bullet with not moving forward with a friendship or a potential date with him if he asked P."

They both laughed and just enjoyed each others company as they haven't seen each other since Sophomore year of college.

Peytons daily chronicles ☀️🏃🏾‍♀️

Peyton has set a daily schedule to wake up at 6:00 am every morning. Once she woke up she decided to make strawberry heart shaped waffles, cause she finally got settled into her apartment.

After she prepared her her breakfast she fed her cat Vee and finally settled on the coach watching murder documentaries to eat her food too. But once Peyton was finished she cleaned up her mess and went to take a shower.

But once she was done she brushed her teeth as she was rushing to get ready to head to the park for a morning jog with Aaron.

After Peyton finished getting herself together and putting on her playlist to take that walk to the park, that wasn't far from her house.

Suddenly she got a text from Aaron who decided to back out of their jog at the park. She wasn't too pleased to hear that and decided to cut Aaron off because #1 they aren't together, and she doesn't like anybody especially a guy wasting her time since they only met three days ago at a coffee shop.

Peyton and Vee daily chronicles 🌙

Peyton has been having a rough time moving into the NEMA apartment complex so after she hit its gym she went up to her apt to spend time with her favorite girl to spend the rest of the following evening heading into night with her darling cat.

IT'S A REAL GEMINI BABY BIRTHDAY! 🍰

Today is my birthday, I turned 23 today. A huge milestone in my life. And it was only right if I appreciated my day in sims 2 form! Since i first started this tumblr, I met some incredible and nice simmers in my community especially the POC simmer community. And I just wanted to share my day with you guys with these pictures. Thank you guys for welcoming me with open arms ♡

These pictures meant alot to take since. All I really have is myself, since my man has been at basic training. So really helps me coupe with not having my special person literally my bestfriend by my side to celebrate. So thank you guys ♡

Things are brewing in the BSSI house....

Delancy woke up at 4am to go use the bathroom. Trying to get herself together she stopped herself in the middle of the room confused and just pure shocked it was a girl in once empty bed she had for 2 days , to the other side of the room decorated and full of this mystery girls things. She knew she was getting a roomie and the other girl was coming but this was a surprise to her. Delancy banged on the other girls doors and told them they needed a urgent meeting ASAP in the am. The girls were highly pissed to why Delancy woke them up at this hour of the morning and at that a meeting?

The girls go back to sleep and 3 hours go by and they woke up around 8:00am, already frustrated with their early wakeup call by Delancy. The girls brace themselves for the urgent news by Delancy. Delancy goes to say "You know the new girl we been waiting for to get here to start working?" and the girls all in unison says "Yes, why?".

"Well she's here, and i'm not too happy because we got here way before her and things were on pause for her to finally show up here LATE and RANDOMLY." Delancy said with frustration in her tone.

Zada, Portia, May Lin, and Oriana, agreed with what Delancy stated and were irritated that they haven't started working yet in the agency because Brenda insisted we wait for the last girl to get here. They weren't too pleased by this from the start. Nola didn't get the big deal about this, as the new girl is here and nothing can be changed about it. Nola goes to say "Ya'll are tripping for real, get over it and be happy we didn't have to wait longer."

Filler sim chronicles

Working on the BSSI agency team. 2/3 done so far.

I really like her mug its so tea to me especially with that ginger buss down she has. her role for the BSSI team is being the portfolio dev.

She oversees the girls and book jobs for represented models of the BSSI agency, select jobs that align with the model's brand and help with the model's development in their field. And Brenda's bestfriend and right hand woman.

I wish sims 2 could have custom animations/interactions…

I see the sims 3 & 4 romance interactions or reading animation overrides, even the cute animations/interactions with toddlers - I wish we could have the same 😫

Lelani meeting the last model recruit of the BSSI Agency and house. Also welcoming her with open arms!

Lelani was on her way to bed, as the other girls were already sleeping in their rooms. But Lelani stays up late to make sure everything in the house is alright, but that's just her excuse she stays up late to watch the twilight movies each night. But this night was strange as Lelani looked out the window upstairs, she seen Brenda's recruitment team member car pullup. But a pretty girl stepped out the backseat of the car. Lelani was amazed at how ethereal the girl looked. "She has to be Indian? Because wow, she is very pretty." Lelani said to herself. The recruiter team member finally stepped out the car and walked the mystery girl to the front door to let her in. Lelani rushed down the stairs to make sure she greets the pretty mystery girl to the house and agency. The mystery girl was shocked to her surprise someone was up at this hour of the night as it was 2:00am as she assumed everyone in the house was asleep. "Hello, my name is Katia and I'm the last girl you guys were waiting on." Lelani greeted Katia and showed her to the room she will be sharing with Delancy, but they were both quiet about it as all the other girls were sleep and they didn't want to wake them up. Katia wasn't tired yet even after her long trip to Bridgetown. "Hey, Lelani are you tired? Because I wanted to watch this show and you're the only friend I made here so far and I was wondering if you we're down to watch it with me". Lelani was up to watch the show with Katia. Katia changed into her pajamas and put on some eye patches just so she could somewhat match Lelani as she had on a skin care mask. Katia pulled up hulu and told Lelani how good of a show this was, as it involved drama, murder, and mystery. Lelani was stunned to what Katia put on as the show was called "Desperate Housewives" and Lelani was seated because the show is really good.

BSSI Agency's 1st batch of models!

a couple words ripped from the SSJ blog article: From Sims-Street Journal, our exclusive story we give to you! Today we got in contact with Brenda Hayes as she gave us a up close and personal look into her life. Brenda has stated that she's been working on opening her agency for a year now. And today she has finally opened, and with that she presents her up and coming models to represent the BSSI agency and it's brand. Brenda wants these girls to exceed world wide just like her. It's not a shocker that the BSSI Agency is doing exceptionally well from as it just opened. But it's not a shocker that top designers from sims fashion industry and huge designer brands are already looking to put these girls in their outfits, jewelry, and etc.

We also here at SSJ want to showcase to you a few images of the models themselves that nobody has seen, these were handed to SSJ team by Brenda and her amazing team.
