In @tinyartistuko's art of Phineas and Dylan, their oc, their grown up versions have children, and you can't say it's adoption since the kids look like them, one of them even has Phineas's triangle head, so the only logical conclusion is that Dylan invented an Mpreginator and used it on Phineas, multiple times based on the kid's age differences.
