Addictive Alter Forming Disorder ( AAFD ) AAFD is characterized by someone who is plural ( in any form ) who has an obsession and addiction towards having new members in the system! Main Symptoms - Constantly trying to find ways to get new members in the system - Feeling empty, antsy, and/or anxious when not forming new members or if new members haven't appeared in system for a while - Potential lack in a identity or struggles with their own identity - Struggles with focusing on self care, hobbies, any other activities due to solely wanting to focus on getting new members in system - An addiction to using alter packs or system packs to help get new members - Obsessively checking tags relating to alter packs or system packs - May be common for systems who have OCD but is not a required symptom

୨୧ Intrusive Attractive Thoughts Disorder ( IATD )

For when one is distressed by uncontrollable, frequent thoughts relating to attraction (in general or to a specific audience) that one either doesn’t have or is questioning.

Some examples include:

Constant romantic thoughts towards someone one is not attracted to.

Constant thoughts that one may be misjudged as having sexual thoughts for another.

Worries that someone may have platonic attraction towards one when they don’t reciprocate.

Unwanted sexual fantasies towards another.

Fear that one may gain attraction to someone.

Etc.

This may also take the form of OCD in individuals with OCD, but one does not need OCD in order to qualify. In the case of OCD it can be referred to as Attractive OCD (A-OCD)
