Oooooo food request kits (recipe kits) are always fun! A bit more in depth tho. I personally absolutely love food- very food oriented person. It’s up to you if you’d like to do those or- I’m not sure how to phrase this other than like loading screen recommendations? Short and sweet little blurbs or suggestions like the star shaped fruit kebabs, or maybe a drink suggestion. It’s lovely either way :)

I think as a bonus along with other requests, they'd be shorter, quick and easy to make recommendations. More like snacks than proper recipes I guess. But if anyone requested a recipe kit, I would probably go into more detail, and maybe suggest some more complex recipes.

Will you be serving up food/drink recommendations with each request?

I've started doing it with just kin tip requests (I feel they lend well to having those), but I've been thinking about doing it for all requests too. Just a little bonus that I think some may appreciate, and brings some uniqueness to the blog, I feel. Though of course if there's any reason you don't want to get a food/drink recommendation with your request, you can let me know. Comparatively, maybe you could specifically ask for kin related food/drinks? I wonder what everyone thinks about that idea...

Of course, I'd be very happy to. I like to think I'm good at info gathering, but also if you do request something for an obscurekin, a little bit of extra info may be helpful, especially if material on the source isn't very plentiful. (Like a wiki, for example.)

Hi! Anon who requested the fox tips! Just wanted to say thank you. I tried wrapping mini meatballs in lettuce (I think I got my wires crossed a bit between the salad and the ham thing tho, whoops!) and it was very nice! :D!! I loved the crunch and the meatiness- I don’t think it would’ve been the same with ham. Thank you so much for the suggestions tho!!

Oh, you know, that was something I never even thought about. It's nice to know you're experimenting with them, I always encourage that. It actually sounds good now that I think about it... Maybe I should try it some time. Im glad I could help though!

Hello! Can I have some kin tips for an Aven (Worldless), or starfolks in general, kin please? Thank you in advance!

Basically, Aven is the black and orange one who wears a scarf, while starfolks are the (non-canon) name for our species! I'm telling you this since I know my source is somewhat obscure and is also very recent.

Ah, finally getting this one out of the inbox, sorry for the long wait on this one. See, after looking at the game a little I couldn't help but get it and play through the whole thing before doing this! It was very good, glad I could learn about it.

Anyway enough about me... On to your regularly scheduled kin tips.

Well, I suppose a somewhat boring one is a scarf, huh? Scarves are very nice anyway.

Try decorating your room or getting some accessories with star/celestial themes! One thing I've always adored were those glow in the dark stars you can put on your ceiling or walls, I hope you know the ones.

Interesting idea, try drawing yourself potentially? (As Aven of course) It could help, I think. If drawing isn't your thing, maybe try some other form of art? Writing maybe? Music? Whatever your talent is you could probably connect it in some way, making something that really speaks to your experience, it might be a bit comforting and relaxing, and also fun!

Anyway, I decided it'd be fun to make a food/drink recipe for kin tips a tradition, so here's another one for you. First thing you can make is a fruit kebab! It's very simple, simply cut some colorful fruit into small pieces, then you can stab them with a toothpick or something similar, and take a bite! I suppose you could cut a cantelope into a square and it'd look a little like an orange diamond wouldnt it? I think you could make a star too, maybe if you stacked a few pieces together.

You could also make a smoothie that looks like space with certain ingredients! Maybe try blueberries, purpleish blue yogurt, or something similar? Coffee with cream can also look like a galaxy if you like drinking it.

Cats, oh cats are always interesting. I've met many cats in my life, all very different from the last...

Of course, we have the classic question of type, what kins of cat are you? There's so many options... Even wildcats!

Do you have a particularly favorite place to relax or take a nap? Or maybe perhaps you're a bit more active.

If you are more active, or I suppose even if not, do you have a favorite thing to play with/game to play? Are you a classic yarn ball cat or do you prefer something more unique?

Do you like it when it's colder outside, or do you prefer the warmth?

I am willing, with the exception of Dream... Sorry if that causes any trouble, I just don't feel comfortable doing him specifically, I hope you understand. Though anyone in the DSMP besides him is fine, and as far as I can think of, anyone else outside of it is A-Okay too! It may take a little longer, my memory can get a tad bit foggy, and theres still some I'm not super familiar with, but I try my best!

Ah, a playlist, my favorite thing to make! Alas, I tried to make a playlist on Spotify, but Spotify has never worked for me for some reason... Oh well, I think one or two songs in this playlist would be missing on Spotify, so I hope a Youtube playlist is still fine...

Sure thing! Hmm let's see...

What type of fox are you? Red fox? Arctic fox? Maybe something else, like a fennec!

Hey hey ! May I ask what exactly are "kin related questions"? Like how do they work?

Well, they're questions related to kins of course! Though obviously theres more than that... They're basically questions to get you thinking about your kintype more, they can vary a bit for every person. They could be questions about your past, what breed of an animal you may be, what your relationship with another character was, how many wings you have, or how big they are, things like that.
