There are many changes I expect to become part of every day life post lockdown, but the one I am hoping for is greater understanding in the populace at large of mental health issues.

A reminder that you don’t need a “good reason” to be having mental health struggles right now. We are all going through it, even if our individual situations are better than others. Our individual struggles are not a competition. Be kind to yourself, be kind to others, and practice good self care.
