Anybody else have the experience where you started as a kid so afraid of failure, top of your class and working to the limit etc. And then suddenly when your older work is harder, more extensive and since you never learned how to study, or persist in difficult times because those difficult times were never there, you just give up. And all of a sudden, deadlines aren't scary anymore and you don't do them weeks before but then bam that kid so afraid of failure comes up and now your trying to cram 3 pieces of work due the next day in one evening, even if you don't know what the hell is going on or what to do. Going from the top to just below average in learning

Is there anybody else whose experienced this chat cause I feel very much like I've failed academically lmfao

In my defence, December is always a very busy month for me and it didn’t help either that I kind of forgot how to draw digitally (I’ve been drawing in my sketchbook for so long and haven’t done a digital drawing in a while)

Honestly this account feels like an uncle that pops in once a year, hands out some Christmas presents even though it’s summer and leaves for another year

I haven’t left the fandom though! My friends can absolutely agree with that (sorry the incoherent rants late at night <3), I just haven’t had a lot of time to draw shtuff

Ive also been drawing my own characters a lot (I might post them here, idrk) but yeah :)

Opinions on season 2 of Stardust Rhapsody with some spoilers below!

After a week marinating on watching stardust rhapsody s2 because people were disappointed at the reboot, I finally ended up watching it and I gotta say I loved it! In my personal opinion, I do think that it was the right choice to reboot it since for me s1’s characters storylines did feel a bit jumbled up with tons of different themes trying to be mushed together. I also felt like a lot of stuff happened just because they’d be cool or funny without thinking about how it would affect the plot.

Season 2 feels a lot more cohesive for me though I will miss the season 1 gang a lot. I think giving myself that week to sort of just sit on the reboot before watching made it easier. I love all the new characters (Quibly wasn’t here for a long time but I adored his design) and I can’t wait for the next stream! :D

Gang. I love him. He’s so silly. I acc really surprised myself with how I was able to draw him out fairly well! He was really fun to draw too, I love his colour palette especially with his skin texture. I said it once and I’lol say it again, I’m so freaking excited for more episodes to come out!
