Until I get requests I’m just making moodboards for my favorite things! Not to mention I’ve never met another age regressor who likes WWE or AEW and I don’t see much stuff for it here either so I figured I’d make some! :]

I haven’t regressed in a very long time but lately I’ve been feeling the need to do so. Moots don’t mind me catching up with ur posts 👁️

oftentimes when i’m very regressed and nonverbal i find myself using the sign language i learned as a baby to communicate! i thought that maybe other regressors could benefit from this guide for basic signs that can be useful if you’re also nonverbal when little! (image from pinterest)

Regressor Matt Murdock Headcanons

He's a baby regressor, just the littlest guy

Matt began regressing in college after Foggy manifested it

He doesn't speak a lot, it's mostly affirmative or negative sounds and single words here and there. The main words he does say are things like Fog (Foggy), Ren (Karen), and hugs

He's much more expressive and emotional

He is sensitive to others emotions and very easily becomes upset if he thinks someone's anger is directed at him

Being carried around is his favorite pastime, everyone knows that when Matt says 'up' or makes the gesture you pick him up. If you don't, you'll be getting mean mugged or the cold shoulder from a passive aggressive baby for twenty minutes

If at first you can't find Matt, look for Frank because he's probably on the man's hip

It's nice clothes or no clothes with him. If it doesn't feel good, he is not wearing it

He usually just wears large, loose shirts and boxers

His senses can be more troublesome when he's regressed

When he doesn't feel good, he likes laying on people and listening to their heart

If he's over or under stimulated, he will either swing his legs or arms around or he'll rock himself to regulate. Although sometimes he does it out of boredom or when he's waiting

Matt loves getting bear hugged

A cocooned in blankets Matt is 9 times out of 10 a regressed Matt

Floor time

Tactile toys for the win, his favorites are fidget toys with buttons and shape puzzles

He loves the interactive kids books with texture patches

If he has his glasses on when he regresses, you can bet that they will be lost in minutes

Caregiver Wade and regressor Logan headcanons

Wade is more soft-spoken when he's in caregiver mode, he's just as (if not more) affectionate and extremely patient

Logan usually regresses to a younger age. He bounces around the range of 8 to 2

Wade barely ever calls Logan by his actual name when he's regressed. He usually calls him a nickname, like peanut, wolvie, honey, sugar, sweety, etc.

He normally only ever uses his real name as a warning

The younger Logan is, the chattier he gets

Whenever Logan is babbling away, Wade will pretend to have conversations with him by responding with "uh-huh, is that so?", "tell me more", "*overly dramatic gasp* no way!"

Logan finds Wade's theatrics hysterical

Wade is a very attentive caregiver, he'll know what Logan wants even before he does

He always makes sure that Logan is within sight and vice versa as Logan gets upset if he thinks or notices Wade is gone

Logan regresses as a response to his past trauma, and he has a lot of negative triggers

Wade tries to praise Logan at every opportunity, giving him lots of encouragement, just to see his smile (it's small but he loves it nevertheless)

Wade always has Logan's favorite snacks fully stocked and keeps a list of all his likes and dislikes on hand

Logan plays with Wade by having him pick out and hold his blocks when he builds something or by having him help dress up his dolls and brush his stuffed animals

He generally prefers to play with only a few of his toys (blocks, dolls, plushies, play dough) despite having a large collection, courtesy of Wade

Logan loves hugs but is often too shy to seek them out

Wade is all about making fun looking food like celery snails, octopus hotdogs, and bear pancakes

Airplane or train noises are a must whenever Logan doesn't insist on feeding himself

Logan likes reading his books to Wade and every so often they'll have a little 'book club' where they read to each other

Wade hangs every drawing Logan makes on the fridge and when he takes them down he keeps them in a folder in his nightstand that he looks at whenever he needs a boost of happiness

Having a little with autism means

Inspired by @sleepylittlevixen’s posts 💞

Making sure they’re not overwhelmed in public spaces due to the amount of activity/noise

Redirecting their destructive compulsions to more positive ones

Finding foods that don’t interfere with their sensory issues

Listening to them infodump about the same topic 10 times a day

Calming them down when their regular routine gets changed and learning to prepare them in advance

Carrying their comfort item around with you 24/7 in case of an emergency

Learning to understand what they need even during nonverbal episodes

Making up for them eating dinosaur chicken nuggets 7 days in a row because they won’t eat anything else

Learning that sometimes when they’re upset the best thing you can do for them is care for them from a distance
