Jeongguk sighs in annoyance with his superhuman hearing, picking up the tiniest of sounds from a wrapper crinkling to the loud conversations going on around him. Nights like this one; where he's surrounded with a bunch of humans, and a lot of things are going on at once can become quite overwhelming for the young werewolf. These nights are the ones when he sometimes wishes he only had regular human hearing—at least this way he'd avoid the on-coming pounding in his skull. He spots his hyungs not too long after, pushing himself out of his seat and stuffing his phone into his pocket while walking over to them. There's two girls over with them, one seemingly trying to keep the other woman standing whilst almost simultaneously tugging her away from his friends.

"Hyungs!" He calls out, glancing briefly at the two women before turning his gaze to the half-amused, half-confused trio. "You just left me AFTER dragging me out here." He grumbles, sighing when Taehyung links his arm around his neck to tug him over to the other two. Jimin thanks the drunk girl for her compliment, Hoseok bowing his head in acceptance as both men send a smile their way. Now standing with the others, he watches the girl try and lug the drunk one away while nibbling on his lip before breathing out a sigh. "Do... you want some help with her?" He asks after a moment.

A couple of the older members wanted to go into the city and visit a bar—it's one of those nights where they wanted to act as if they're just boring old humans with 9-5 jobs and not a pack of single werewolves living deep within the forest. The group was split; with Jimin, Taehyung and Hoseok being the ones who dragged him along to the bar, and the other three members staying back at the pack house to watch over their land. The other three and gone off and are chatting with some humans, which left Jeongguk to awkwardly lingering in a corner with his ring-clad fingers wrapped around the glass of his drink as he observes the bar patrons. He purses his lips before he eventually sighs and moves to sit in one of the booths, pulling his phone from his pants pocket and answering some texts from the members not present before shifting it out to the people, trying to place where the other three had gone but struggling.

— Jeongguk comes from a long line of pure-blood vampires; meaning for as long as his bloodlines lived they had all been born and married to another vampire. 𓂅◝ WEREWOLF AU ♡ MOONSTONE PACK MEMBER ⟆

— Hoseok was born and raised a human, and there’s nothing more to that story. He was indeed a human, one of which lived near the outskirts of the forest and he loved it. When he was little he loved watching the forest creatures in his backyard—they fascinated him, and as soon as he was old enough to not need an adult watching over him, he’d head into the forest on solo exploration trips. Hoseok did this for years, even after he move out of his parents house. He had bought a house on the outskirts of a forest—similarly to his childhood house. It’s when he was twenty-years-old that he had done one of his solo adventures at the wrong time, and he ended up being bitten by an out of control wolf-shifter. When he was bitten, some of the wolf’s venom got into the injury and caused Hoseok to transform only a while later. This new transformation caused him to pull back from his friends and families as he struggled to cope and learn his new abilities for years. Well, that was until he met Namjoon after running into his forest while he was a heap of emotions. He joined pretty quickly after the other wolf explained that he can teach him, and over the years he’s become one of the most-trusted to Namjoon—hence being gifted the position of the pack's Gamma.

— Yoongi was born and raised to a small pack that consisted only of his family; him, his older brother, mother and his father. They lived more like humans in the forest compared to any other wolf pack. He lived his whole life growing up in the same old cabin built by his father and he learned very useful survival skills; from making fires to hunting for food in his wolf form. As he became an adult, those habits didn’t really change. He still lived in a cabin, the only difference being he was now a lone wolf. He didn’t feel pressured to find his mate—he was perfectly content just being alone, by himself. Well, that was until he met Jimin and Taehyung when he was out for a run, hunting for his food. He’s not exactly sure what the two wolves were doing, but he bumped into them and tried to leave. Jimin wouldn’t allow that however, and constantly pestered the lone-wolf each time they met. It took a while, but eventually he got tired of Vmin’s pestering and he joined the pack and was given the role of the assassin if needed.

— Jimin is another one who had a normal upbringing with not much to say about it. It wasn’t anything special, he grew up like any other normal werewolf pup. It was only as he got older that he felt like an odd one out. His friends had been finding their mates and leaving or starting their families since he was eighteen. That caused him to feel pressured to find his own mate, especially with his parents always making comments and he knew when he turned twenty-two that they were questioning if he even had one. And so, stressed, he went out on the hunt to hopefully find his mate. But during this hunt, he ran into Namjoon and Seokjin after he had absentmindedly stumbled onto their territory. It didn’t take long for the the youngest members to join them and meet him. Jimin didn’t feel a need to rush, and he chatted to the friendly pack and discovered none of them had found their mates yet. Relieved he wasn’t alone on the topic, they bonded pretty quick, and Jimin would come back frequently until he eventually joined the pack and became the main one to patrol and guard the pack.

— Seokjin had a normal upbringing—with a normal pack, a normal family and normal friends. There’s not much to say about his past; he’s the son of the pack Doctor, and would often watch his Mother when she was hard at work since he was a child. When he got old enough, he begun helping her—first small injuries like cuts and scrapes on the pups, and increasingly getting worse as he learned. Due to that time, Jin found that he likes treating and saving other’s lives. He came to known of Moonstone when Jeongguk entered his pack’s land, frantic with asking for help from a Doctor. He hadn’t had the time to explain why it was he was looking for a Doctor, he just told him he needed one and quick. Seokjin’s mother happened to be busy with a pregnant pack member, so it was up to Jin to help them. He followed Jeongguk to the small and secluded pack, and that was where he learned of Taehyung’s near-fatal injury from being in the fight with some rogues while he and Jeongguk went hunting. He worked on the beta for days until he was better enough to just need rest, and it was only then he asked for an explanation. Namjoon explained about his new pack, and how they have yet to come across anyone with medical knowledge. And so, Seokjin decided after a few days that he would be the Doctor to join the pack, and he told as much to the Alpha who was happy to take him in.

𓂅◝ WEREWOLF AU ♡ MOONSTONE PACK MEMBER ⟆

— Taehyung was born to the Beta of a pack who had been annihilated when he was only around four to five years old. As far as he’s aware, nobody else had survived the attack and the following arson inflicted on the pack's land. He’d only survived because of his mother’s desperation to save her only living child, making him run off into the woods away from the violent pack of wolves who had attacked them. For years, he lived alone (aside from the beginning where a rare, kind rogue couple took him in until he was abandoned at fourteen), surviving off the land and avoiding any other rogues, learning from a near fatal encounter as a teenager that none of them are friendly, much less do they want friends. Food had been the hardest part when he’d been on his own, and he’d hesitated quite a while until he finally hunted down a deer and killed it in his wolf form.

He met Jeongguk, only a year or two after he had joined Namjoon, whilst the younger wolf was training in the woods, having stumbled across him and despite his weariness towards other wolves—Jeongguk’s friendly disposition slowly made him comfortable and they became fast friends, all things considered. A couple weeks later, he learned of Namjoon and how he’s building his own pack, and while still hesitant, he went with Jeongguk and met him after the younger had all but begged him and convinced him. It took him around a month until he’d built enough trust for them and officially came part of the pack, training with them until he had been given the title of “Pack Beta”, the same one that was supposed to be his from birth.

𓂅◝ WEREWOLF AU ♡ MOONSTONE PACK LEADER ⟆

— Namjoon is a born Alpha, and he’d been expected to take over the Scarlet Claw Pack as Alpha when he’d come of age, with or without a mate. Except, he never agreed with how things were running. He thought the way the pack was run was too violent and unfair, with an example being their hierarchy and how they’re fed—alpha’s first, pups and omegas last. It just seemed needlessly cruel to him, and so he’d blatantly told his Father he refused to take over as things stand. But his Father refused to change anything, and the two constantly went back and forward until the current Alpha had enough, which then led to Namjoon being kicked out and having to fend for himself against rogues, hunters, vampires, and any other creature that wished to harm him. But it was for the better, because over the course of a couple of months he’d met more wolves just like himself and the seven started their own pack. This is how Moonstone came to be.
