my prevailing final take on survivor 48 is that it was a season full of extremely interesting players who were failed by the edit. they were more interested in giving joe + eva screentime than developing the story of the game and that’s why it was so poorly received in the real time because the plot was so scattered and skewed
#id argue further they were doing eva a disservice by propping up joe.#like we figure out that eva is actually playing a very independent game where she manipulates joe several times and she’s actually very#social and we just. don’t see most of it#but fully agree w this post
