Vanilla’s Guide to Feedism (Third Draft - please point out any mistakes)
For those of you who don’t know, a feedist is a person who derives sexual pleasure from eating, seeing others eat, or people feeding each-other. Another term for this is being a stuffer, or belly stuffer, though this refers mostly to the aftermath of being fed/stuffed.
This little post is meant to be both humorous, and informative, since most people don’t really know about this fetish. If you find yourself with a partner who is into this, and are not sure what to do, here’s a basic guide to feedism in general. Note that this won’t cover everyone, as there are many sub-divisions of feedism, as well as associated fetishes, and everyone has their own tastes. But I will do my best to sum it up, feedist to non-feedists and beginner feedists. I should also not that I am not a doctor, so do not take this as medical advice.
Initial questions:
Is it safe? Yes, when practiced safely. As with most fetishes, there are concerns, the main ones for feedism being health, mostly weight and blood sugar. It’s crucial to trust your partner, as with any type of sexual activity. Have a safe-word if you must. And if you are uncomfortable with anything, physically or mentally, stop, and discuss it with your partner.
Does my partner want me to gain weight so that I’m ugly to other people? Most likely, no. Sadly, this is a common misconception about people in the feedism fetish community. More often than not, feedists actually have a higher drive to care for their partners than other people. Most of us do not want to hurt you. Also, not all feedists are fans of weight gain (or WG); many are, but not all (myself and my boyfriend included). We do not want you to be ugly. We also don’t want to hurt you. Some of us just happen to be turned on my gaining and/or discomfort.
Why on earth do you like this? We honestly don’t know. Most of us can’t find rhyme or reason to it. Many of us can remember being attracted to bellies and eating for as long as we can remember, a lot of us having discovered our interest from watching cartoons of characters stuffing themselves silly, when we were very little. But we have no idea what causes it.
How do I know if I’m with a feedist? Ask us? Seriously, most of us are too shy to talk about it. We know it’s weird. So the best thing to do is just ask. We might get flustered, but so long as you’re nice, usually, we’ll be very happy you even brought it up.
Is a feeder (the person giving someone else food) always the dom/top? Is the feedee (person eating) always the sub/bottom? Not exclusively. It should be noted that feeders and feedees can both be any type of sexual partner– dom, sub, or switch/middle. Feeder doesn’t necessarily always equate to dom. There are also such things and power bottoms and timid tops, and other, more complicated sexual roles a person can play, that are best looked up separately, as they deserve their own discussion. But the point is, a feeder can be dom or sub, and a feedee can be dom or sub. They can also be anything in-between for that matter. Are feedists always male/female couples? Not always. Feedism may take place in any relationship– hetero, LGBTQ+, poly (more than two partners), between friends, in queer-platonic relationships, or even with just one person by themselves. Anyone may take part in feederism, regardless of gender, orientation, sexual role, or relationship status.
I’m with a feedist and I want to make them happy. How do I do that? The best thing you can do is ask them what they want. One of the healthiest things you can have in any relationship is honest and shameless communication. Be fair, don’t judge, and compromise. If someone is willing to open up to you, then don’t throw it in their face by purposefully hurting their feelings. Many feedists are very sensitive and shy about their fetishes. Please be kind to them. Be honest with each other, and as long as you trust each other, be open to trying new things. Really, I think I can speak for most feedists/stuffers when I say it means the world to us when someone is willing to indulge us. Never be afraid to ask us questions, cause most of us are more than happy to talk once we know you’re okay with it.
Lingo
There are some terms used in feederism that non-feeders, and even many feeders, may not be aware of. Here’s a short list of some basic short-hand used with feedism.
Feeder - someone who enjoys feeding others Feedee - someone who enjoys being fed Dominant - (general term) someone who likes being in charge Submissive - (general term) someone who likes to be lead by someone else Swtich - may refer to either: someone who can be either dom or sub; OR, alternatively, someone who can enjoy both feeding and being fed BBW - big, beautiful women; heavy women who are admired for their looks (not sure what the male equivalent is) SSBBW - super-sized big, beautiful women; very large heavy women who are admired for their looks (also not sure what the equivalent is) Bloating - a method of “stuffing” involving filling one’s belly with air or liquid; often done by ingesting large amounts of soda and/or mentos or other bloating food/drinks, by swallowing air, or using an enema (can be risky if not done right) Stuffing - a method of filling one’s belly with solid food Inflation - a method of filling one’s belly with air, usually via pump inserted in the anus (possibly dangerous; please use caution) Pred - (specific to vore) a person who likes to imagine swallowing another person whole Prey - (specific to vore) a person who enjoys imagining themselves being swallowed whole Squish - (specific to vore) a prey who is also the pred’s partner and repeated prey Breeder - (specific to pregnancy fetishism) someone who has multiple babies because they enjoy being pregnant Reaction bloating - bloating based on SCIENCE! - in other words, soda+baking soda and other things that go BOOM when put together (must be SAFE and EDIBLE) Plugging - not pooping for an extended period of time, often using a butt plug (can be risky) Scene - (general term) a session of feeding and/or role-play Safe word - (general term) a non-sexual word used to signal that you have had enough and need to end a scene Aftercare - (general term) follow up care and/or treatment for any discomfort caused by a scene/feeding, as well as personal wind-down time; this will be different for every person
Associated fetishes:
There are many fetishes that sometimes accompany feedism. This is a short list of just SOME. Please remember, not all feedists have these. In fact, most of us only have one or two, if any, side-fetishes from feederism. And if you see something gross, don’t get too concerned. Most feedists are willing to compromise if something weirds you out too much.
Belching - just as it sounds Stomach noises - again, as it says Eproctophilia - farting Maiesiophilia - pregnancy Force Feeding - feeding against one’s will, or (softer) encouraging a less than willing partner; in scene, this should always be done with the partner’s consent and safe words in place Weight gain - pleasure from putting on weight or seeing someone else put on weight Fat admiration - preference for heavy pertners Oviposition - being impregnated with eggs Vore - one person or creature devouring another, usually whole and alive Coprophilia - otherwise known as scat; poop Emetophilia - vomit, vomiting, nausea BDSM and associated fetishes - This is a whole ‘nother category on its own, but is often associated with feedism, especially for those who like tummy aches.
It is possible for feedists to be involved in any number of other fetishes/communities, as well, such as Caregiver/little, pet play, and any number of other things.
Possible concerns
As stated above, there are some concerns when getting into a feedist relationship. The two biggest problems many of us run into are our weight, and our blood sugar. Digestive issues can also be a worry for those who’s tummies don’t quite work the way others’ do. Again, since I’m not a doctor, and I am a fairly healthy individual aside from some pudge, I can’t really speak much here. But I will give a list of sites where you might be able to find some help in the Feedist Resource section.
Also, bloating and inflation can be dangerous if not done properly. It is very easy to fill the stomach too fast and too full when using as air pump, enema pump, or reaction bloating, or even just eating WAY too much. And you CAN rupture your stomach, intestines, or colon. Always start VERY small, and work your way up. Ask others who have done it before you. And, of course, don’t be afraid to ask a doctor. It’s actually probably a good idea to do so before trying anything that can endanger your health.
Constipation, if left untreated, can also lead to blockage. If you are “plugging” for any period of time, make sure to take care that you do not become impacted. Again, do research and ask a doctor.
If you are a gainer, or are with a gainer, be careful about how quickly you put on weight. Even though it’s fun, your body does need time to adjust. And make sure you continue to exercise and do not let yourself waste away under all that fat. It is bad for you, and it can kill you. Fat isn’t always bad, but poor muscle structure and heart issues are.
It should be noted that after many feedings, there is a coming-down period, where you’re digesting everything inside you. You may experience cramps, stomach aches, diarrhea, constipation, bloating, and other symptoms. Take proper precautions from yourself to lessen these symptoms if you wish. Ginger ale (unless you just did a bloat) and pepto are usually good. Heating pads and water may also be good. But ask your doctor and do your own research. The type of care the feedee will need will be different depending on their body and the type of stuffing/feeding they did. This is the feederism equivalent to aftercare.
Also, this should go without saying, but please, PLEASE don’t eat anything that’s not edible. You don’t want to explain that emergency room visit.
Pay attention to your body. If something feels wrong or off, or you’re in excessive pain or discomfort, stop the session immediately, and call a doctor if necessary.
ALWAYS ASK A BLOODY DOCTOR. I am not one, and therefore, all my advice is just that. Please don’t consider me a medical resource. I am not a professional.
Feedism and Eating Disorders
I’ve seen this come up a few times and confronted it myself, so I felt this should be included. It is entirely possible for someone with an eating disorder to have a feeding fetish. They may or may not be active in feedism. This does not belittle either your disorder or your status as a feedist (should you chose to identify with that). This can actually be used as a coping mechanism. For some, it’s comforting to have something that can scare them presented in an intimate way with someone they trust. For others, it’s simple two traits existing within them separately. There are also many other ways this situation can exist. Whatever the case, it is perfectly valid and okay to be a feedist with an ED. Just make sure you take care of yourself/your partner(s). In these situations, open and honest communication is especially important, especially about limits and discomforts.
If you’re interested in feedism but struggle with an ED and feel alone, feel free to look through the notes on this post. It might help to know you’re not the only one.
Feedist resources
These are some sites which may help you further understand exactly what feedism is, as well as ideas on practicing, and hopefully, get more comfortable with yourself and/or your partner. Always remember, not all advice you find will be sound, and it’s always best to do actual medical research on thing, and ask a doctor if you have to.
Stomach Ache Cafe Specifically for fans of stomach discomfort. This is mostly a story/fantasy site, but also has some advice threads. It if a forum, and you may interact with its members if you have an account. http://forum4.aimoo.com/stomachachecafe
Feedist Confessions  A tumblr blog dedicated to confessions from feedists. A good place to get things off your chest, and also to know you’re not alone. http://feedistconfessions.tumblr.com/
Fantasy Feeder I’ve never used this site myself, but it seems like a good general resource. http://fantasyfeeder.com/home
Ask Dr. Feeder Another site I’ve never used, but this is supposed to be dedicated to healthy feedism. I do not know if there is an actual doctor running the site or not. Do your research. http://askdrfeeder.dyndns.org/ Feabie A feedist/gainer dating site. Again, I’ve never used myself, so I can’t give a first-hand review. http://www.feabie.com/
That Moment I Explained Feedism to My Doctor… The story of someone “coming out of the fridge” to their doctor. Hopefully will give you some idea how to talk about this with a health professional. http://gameface27.deviantart.com/journal/That-Moment-I-Explained-Feedism-To-My-Doctor-419668833 The Moral Feederism Handbook Another site I’ve never used. But this seems like another good, general resource. It also seems to go more in-depth into myths and misconceptions surrounding the feedist community. https://moralfeeder.wordpress.com/
Stuffer31 I myself have never used this site, but my boyfriend has, and he likes it quite a bit. This is a place to find pictures and videos related to stuffing. I do believe most content must be paid for, however. http://vids.stuffer31.com/videos/
I hope you found this helpful. Please, let me know if there’s any way I can improve this little guide.

A few feedee tricks
Some of you may feel discouraged that you will never be able to eat enough food to gain a substantial amount of weight. If you’ve been struggling with getting enough calories or feeling overwhelmed with the amount of food required to reach your goal weight, there are a few tricks which may help.
To gain a pound a week you need 500 extra calories a day. If you are finding it too difficult to eat an extra 500 calories a day, just eat normally and drink a little more than half a cup of heavy cream daily before bed instead of increasing your meal portions (½ cup plus 2 Tablespoons of cream to be exact:).It is also the cheapest way to gain weight.
This is actually the main method used by most successful gainers. If you ever wondered how other feedees are able to gain quickly, it’s always heavy cream. They may make it look like they are constantly eating, but in actuality they just eat normally most of the time (when not filming) and use heavy cream to supplement their normal diet.
Alternately, you can eat normally the whole week, but add a 1750 calorie shake on Saturday and Sunday, which will also lead to a gain of 1 pound per week. If 1750 calories is too much for you in one sitting, make a 1166 calorie shake Fri/Sat/Sun. Preferably right before bed. This is great for those of you who may be lactose intolerant and thus unable to consume heavy cream.
You can also try eating larger meals less frequently. You can make a 1k+ calorie shake for brunch then let your body digest for 7 hours before having a 1k calorie dinner, followed by a 1k calorie dessert/snack right before bed, six or seven hours later. By waiting 6 or 7 hours between meals you give your body time to digest, which can improve appetite. This doesn’t always work for everyone, however, as some people actually find their appetite improves eating smaller meals more frequently so listen to your body.
You don’t have to constantly stuff yourself every day to gain, as long as you are getting at least 3500 calories extra at some point during the week you will gain a pound (assuming you are eating at maintenance the rest of the week. Use a TDEE calculator to determine how many calories you need to maintain)

Do you have a recipe for the cake shake? Interested in making a friend guzzle it down :3
I do! I generally use the following measurements for a shake of about 1,300 calories.
129 g or 1/2 cup of cake mix (this is roughly 1/3 of a box)
4 oz or 1/2 cup of heavy cream
16 oz or 2 cups of whole milk
This amount fits perfectly in a 24 oz shaker cup. You can obviously sub some of the milk for more heavy cream if you wish, just be careful as cake shakes tend to make the belly bubble and it's easy to give "your friend" 😉 a bad bathroom day by overdoing it. While this is a good shake for a bloat, I recommend my gainer shake recipe for a more caloric treat, clocking in at around 2k calories.
I call this one my Fat Potion cause it makes it feel more magical. ✨
16 oz or 2 cups whole milk
4 oz or 1/2 cup heavy cream
1 banana
2 oz or 4 Tbs peanut butter
3 oz or 6 Tbs chocolate syrup
4 scoops your choice of weight gain/protein powder (I use Naturade Weight Gain)
Again, you can shift the measurements around to suit your own needs and preferences. This is just what I use! 🐷
Happy chugging!

I eat a lot already but I’ve been really wanting to tip the scale and try out some cake shakes to see the effect it has on me. 🤭 My boyfriend is also my feeder and he does amazing at keeping me fed but I wanted to try these shakes, needless to say he was thrilled and stuffed me even more than usual this weekend, along with the shakes!!
AND WOW, after having two a day since Friday, I have never felt so bloated and stuffed. I woke up today while my bf was getting ready for work and I still felt like a complete blimp from the night before.
He made sure to remind me to have a shake with breakfast today as well..as if I could forget. 🥵
*If you have any tips or gaining shake recipes you’d like to recommend, pls don’t hesitate to let this piggy know. Hehe.*

💗Nutritional ways to help gain weight💗
These tips are definitely for the feedees who may not be into unhealthy weight or death feederism! Please do not take this as bashing any sort of denomination of feederism, this is simply here to educate someone who wants to take a different approach to gaining weight❤️
Also, I am not a health professional, this is simply research I’ve done on my own time. Sources will be below👇
Fill up on protein!
Having a large amount of protein and not doing a lot of physical activity can help promote weight gain! This happens because the protein that wasn’t used for physical activity gets turned into glucose, which turns into fat
Portions
While gaining it is always important to eat lots (of course), but especially when you are eating less calorie dense food!
Sumo wrestlers eat plenty of nutritious foods, but their secret is to of course is to fill up on it all!
Indulge in weight gain shakes!
Using bulking powders in your weight gain shakes is a definite way to pack on those calories! Like protein powder, it can either cause muscle gain or fat gain depending on how you use it. Not doing much physical activity can cause weight gain if you’re using bulking/weight gain shakes!
Typically, you’d probably add a dairy product like ice cream, or heavy cream to your shakes, which is completely fine to do! But do keep in mind that there are lots of cholesterol in high fat dairy products, which may or may not be what you want on your journey. A good alternative would be coconut cream, and coconut milk, as they are high in calories, and low in both trans fats, and cholesterol!
Another tip is to use your weight gain powder in things like smoothies, or even baking!
Fats!
Fats are definitely an important part in weight gain, and there are many nutritious ways to get fats in you! For example, nuts, oils (such as avocado oil, and olive oil, fatty fish, high fat yogurt, avocados, and eggs! Another thing you can use is animal fats such as duck fat which isn’t very high in trans fats and cholesterol!
I hope this was somewhat helpful to some of you guys!!
I apologize that the links were kind of posted weird, it’s my first time really doing something like this, so I’m not super used to or good at the format.
Again, please do not take this as me shaming any sort of denomination of this fetish, you do you <3
