Ginsberg uses what is called anaphora or the repetition of the same word or group of words at the beginning of successive clauses, sentences, or lines.  What is the sensation created by using “who” over and over again?

Even if the reader has a hard time grasping what Ginsberg is saying in a line like “angelheaded hipsters burning for the ancient heavenly connection to the starry dynamo in the machinery of night,” there is still meaning. On that note, what might Ginsberg be saying here within the context of the poem and the era itself? Also if this line was placed into the context of our era would the meaning change?
