               Lowering the gun to her side, hands still shaking from the knowledge of the bullet ripping through the shapeshifter, deep breaths keeping the younger hunter at bay with her emotions as she began to walk over to the male. “Thank you,” she said as her fingers quickly grabbed the fifty from the male, sly smirk finally taking place on her face as her usual snarky nature took over. “It’s okay, I’m sure you’ll have the fifty back some other way, I’ll make sure I don’t spend it all in one place.”

Why can’t we leave it at that?” He could admit it to the world if he thought it’d make a change. The last thing he’d want to do was make Diana feel uncomfortable or like she had to act on something she didn’t want to. It was almost impossible to tell what she was thinking, unless she came right out and said so. She was smart; she hid it well. “She’d help me extinguish our faulty toaster. Find something else to keep you from going crazy, like a stress ball or a Rubik’s cube.”

               “You’re cute when you’re in love,” she teased as she leaned forward, head moving to rest between her hands but eyes still focused on the male that continued to babble inconsistently. Bonnie hadn’t experienced ----- whatever the hell the male was experiencing since she met Fletcher, but that was in the far past at this point in time. An eye-roll was inevitable by his words as she leaned forward slightly, taking the conversation off the male to allow him to calm down but also to bring some information to the light. “I’m taking Lithium,” she said with another shrug, almost as though it didn’t mean much, despite the hunter going months without acknowledging her mental illness.

              “Bullshit, even I can cook fuckin’ waffles, Wren. I’m almost incapable of anything that comes my way and you want to tell me that you almost burnt down your place because of waffles?” Chuckles moved from her lips as she leaned back in her seat, eyes focused on the witch in front of her in full interest at what he would try to use for an excuse next. “But you won’t admit that you like you either,” a subtle eye-roll followed along with a shrug of her slim shoulders. “Whatever, sadist jokes are what keep me sane.”
