Hello again :)

I just posted another ask about a 2 y.o. and it's the same for this one: I never really interacted with any 2 y.o. so I'm not even sure what they can do at that age and especially what kind of vocabulary they have, since I never grew up with English as a first language.

But I'll try to give you something you can use :)

Uncle + Nephew Prompts

"I am definitely the fun uncle. And I will absolutely prove that to you today."

"Your mom told me she found the ice cream wrappers in the trash last time. So now we got to be a bit sneakier so she still let's me babysit you."

"Let's figure out your outfit for today. Cars or no cars on the shirt - that is the question."

"I'm really excited for you to come to work with me today. I won't let you get bored, I promise."

"What? Santa really came? And you met him? That is awesome. So sad I was just in the bathroom and missed him."

Scenarios:

taking this nephew to the park and meeting a nice aunt or another uncle of a child

taking him to his work and showing him around

reading books to him and making really exaggerated noises

making him some fun dinner

watching disney movies with him and getting really into the songs

5 times the brothers competed against each other and one time they acted as a team.

5 times the brothers didn't feel like they could talk to each other and one time they confided in each other.

5 times the brothers made decisions without telling each other and one time they made the decision together.

5 times other people didn't see them as brothers and one time it was definitely clear that they are family.

I have some siblings prompts and also some step-sibling (enemies to siblings) prompts. And here are some new ones:

Siblings Prompts

“You will not tell Mom and Dad about this!”

“Why are you wearing my skirt?” “Honestly, I think it’s looks better on me.”

“If you don’t get out of the bathroom in five seconds, I will read you diary!”

Having a sister close to their own age is great, because they always have their best friend with them and sometimes their biggest annoyance.

The moment, when you and your siblings realize that you had chores to do and Mom is just getting out of the car.

Having siblings means you always have someone else you can blame everything on.

Their sibling and them were so different from each other, that they were sure that if they wouldn’t share the same genes, they would not hang out with each other. But thank god they did.

Siblings would help you bury a body, but they wouldn’t bring out the trash for you, no matter how nice you ask.

Communicating with a sister involves a lot of inside jokes and may seem like a secret language to outsiders.

The easiest way to deflect your parents’ scrutiny is to throw your sibling under the bus.

Messing with their siblings was one thing, but if they find out someone else is doing it, it’s on.

Do you have any protective family prompts? For ex: A and B were together for awhile, so A introduces B to their family. A used to be dating someone else for awhile (it didn’t go well) so the family is protective of A and testing B to make sure that they are the one? If that makes sense

I assume, you mean different kinds of protective family moments and not just the example. Here are some prompts for you:

Protective Family Prompts

Family was not there to tear you down. It was there to built you up, and protect you every single day, and he was happy to know that his family was like that.

He knew it was coming the moment he stepped foot into his new girlfriend's parents' house. The whole family stared at him, but her hand in his made him put on a genuine smile.

Life was full of uncertainties. But one thing she could always be certain of was that her family would always stand up for her.

They hadn't always the same opinion about things and more often then not they would fight about stupid things, but when other people got involved, they knew which side they were on.

Siblings Prompts

teasing and bantering on a daily basis

importance of being the older one

not wanting to be compared to each other by parents, teachers, etc.

secretly kinda comparing themselves

a lot of inside jokes

getting each other just by looking at each other

sitting next to each other and sending each other memes and texting this is you

annoying each other but loving each other dearly

knowing when the other one is down and trying to annoy them just to get their mind of what made them sad or anxious

Dialogue

“I will go first. I’m the older one!” “You don’t have to tell me, everyone can see that.”

“Oh, you really messed up. Can I be there when you tell mom and dad?”

“That’s not what you wrote in your diary...”

“And this is why mom loves me more.”

“Oh, you think you’re so funny, aren’t you?”

“Mom! They don’t want to give me the remote!” “You’re both in your twenties, learn to handle it yourself!”

Existing prompts

knowing how important it is to say sorry to your child, when the parent was wrong

basically adopting all their kid’s friends, the more the merrier

an important decision has to be made and they want to know the child’s opinion
