I think the most glaring issue with the TMA/TME binary isn't the fact that it's intersexist, or overly binarist. But rather the fact that you can't possibly say that you're affected or exempt from transmisogyny because you can't possibly tell how 8.2 billion people are going to perceive you.

Look at the number of cis women that are said to be trans women by "transvestigators"
