I used the Outback Mate bubble bar from the sixth of the Lush Kitchen Subscription boxes. This is the colour of the water after the bubbles popped. It was a long long soak for me.

I feel really down today. I'm unsure of whether it's because I'm on my period or maybe it's Seasonal Affective Disorder. I kind of spent a whole week knitting a sock, it went completely wrong and I ended up having to frog my work and then start from the beginning. Things from the past plague my mind like a ghost in a story. I feel like a bit if a failure because of my failed relationships. Also, there's an element to single motherhood that just feels like rejection. Rejection from the father of my child, his family, his peers, and just a general distrust from people who think that I haven't lived my life in the "good Christian way".

I have an exciting cleancore Christmas idea!

So I'm going to make mini soaps and put them in plastic baubles as Christmas decorations. I have seen other people make bath bombs as tree decorations but I have not noticed that many ones with soaps.

Initital thoughts:

Calacas shower jelly- Like and neroli scented. Everyone who knows me knows that I hate lime...but somehow I love this! To me, this smells like lemon but it also smells a bit like cola flavoured ice lollies (which I very much like). Shower jellies are possibly one of Lush's best inventions. A shower can never be boring if it has jelly!

Skullduggery bath bomb- Calacas scented but I like it! Since I don't like the 29 High Street smell (which has a few similarities), I thought that I wouldn't like it. But it's lovely! Also, visually this is the most beautiful bath bomb!

Pumpkin Spice soap- it smells exactly like it claims. It's very strong in scent so I'm going to give this to my brother. Pumpkins are his favourite thing.

Soap crafts is back! Beaucoup Spaceship is not dead!

I decided to use single note of just my rose blend essential oil. This is my first time officially trying to do the marbling technique. Gold and pink mica powders were used for these creations.

As anyone who somewhat follows this blog, you may have noticed my dangerous obsession with body lotion/butter/moisturisers.

The candle and car air freshener are for my pen friend.

Deodorant and shavers for overdue armpit maintenance....not so glamorous but I am impartial to a nice smooth armpit (strange bean that I am, haha).
