About coincidences
Hello guys!
During the creation of the game, I began to be interested in other games similar to mine, sometimes I play (usually my friends play for me, thanks for him...) or watch the lets play. And today I watched a video from channel Guinea Pig (youtube) and found that one moment from the game coincides with what was done in Therapy with Dr. Albert Krueger. I immediately thought that I should write to @dino999z, but I did not find his contact. I really wouldn't want him to think that I stole his idea. I'm really worried about it! I am very sensitive to such things. It's really funny that we had the same idea with the cups. I came up with this thinking about Kaiji and his final lottery game with Kazutaka Hyoudou. I wanted to come up with a simple game that could be assembled from improvised means. Cups were the easiest solution, especially since I saw the video "glass rhythm" on YouTube and thought, it definitely should be glasses, you can write a cool soundtrack for them! I think about "improvised means" and the moment with [spoiler] the eye came immediately, peculiarity of their bodies made it possible to do this [spoiler end]. I thought wow! How it all fits together. I feel a thrill of joy that someone has also come up with the same idea! But I'm afraid that people won't take my words for the truth and someone will get upset. For me, it was just a stream of thoughts that logically formed from the story and its surroundings. I think people who are attentive to the game will understand me. Actually, in search of a contact, I opened this blog.
I'm sure this is only part of what I saw myself similar to my game. And this will not be the only case. I do not hide all my sources of inspiration. I try to come up with everything myself, but it's still built on the experience of what I've already seen. If I take someone's idea, it will become a the skeleton, not a complete carbon copy.
