‘ Chloe was in the middle of her book when Beca asks. “what’s with you and your adult books?” Chloe quickly book marks her spot to come back to later; she turns her head towards Beca. “ What do you mean? Like why I read them..?” Chloe asks. Beca just shakes her yes. “I don’t know.. I guess I just like the way they start from nothing and as the stories continue they turn into new relationships and or sexual new beginnings . Honestly I don’t know exactly, I just tend to like them more than other genres I’ve read.” Chloe says with a shrug. Beca nods “ do you have a favorite type like; doctors, vampires, or…?” Beca asks. Chloe now looking down in her lap embarrassed to answer, “enemies to lovers….. or Friends to lovers, Especially when both people don’t realize the other person likes them, the tension really builds.” Blush now creeping on her face. “How could someone be so oblivious if someone has a Crush on someone, they must be stupid.” Beca says in smartallic manner while shaking her head. Chloe rolls her eyes and says “honestly you’d be surprised, it could go on years and they never figure out till someone else calls them out on it” Beca just laughs, going back to working on her mix.’
