Character Briefs

DOT< SHAPE< ELEMENTS< PAST,PRESENT, FUTURE

For the dot and shape projects I think I have done a good job on giving character to the figures but I could have improved a little on the timing. I have done them in a really simple way and I do not know if I should have tried to create something more creative. For the elements projects I am happy with the final result but I will maybe repaint the character, the leaf and the drops. And maybe add some more movement to the water and a camera shake. For the animation itself, I think it looks good but maybe I could have done some more inbetweens. For the past, present, future it was really fun to work in a team and instead of dividing each time period we decided to do a little bit of everything each. I contributed the most to making the props after doing a lot of research. I tried to search for tutorials in Lynda.com but didn’t find any so I just found things on youtube and tumblr that helped me a lot on coming up with ideas. The final product is something I’m proud of but I would try to play more with the color correction.
