I LOVE that they keep including this. It shows that even though they've been through hell, and are still in it, Josh trusts Aiden.

My Thoughts on Nora & Aiden

First, I'm going to start with Nora.

Unpopular opinion here, while I do hate her as a character, I do admit I like where they are taking her character. Her character development is going in an awesome direction. Remember people, she came from an abusive relationship (and possibly earlier trauma as well) and has suffered the loss of a child. And on top of all that, she is now a MONSTER. And she is reacting to all of this in her own way. 

Josh turned to science. Nora is turning to her instincts, her fears. She's internalizing her fears and embracing her change, she's embracing who she is.  

I look forward to seeing her character develop and hope we see more of her.

I am so happy that Aiden is actually being a vampire. None of this good guy, I eat animals/dead blood/blah. He's being a vampire. A cold blooded killer. A predator. A beast. 

He's still a hero though. And the writers make sure to remind you of that. Risking his own hide to go rescue Cecilia? Heroic. Leaving her behind to be eaten by wolves? Monster. Animalistic. Self Preservation. He could have killed Nora. It would have been justified. She attacked him. He only sliced her to get her off him. He could have impaled her and left her to die and brought her body back to the Dutch. Instead he ran away.

To return as a BAMF and get Conner. He's protecting Josh, Nora, and all of Boston. He's doing his damn job as a vampire head honcho should be doing. This way he can say the wolf who killed Hegeman is dead, thus getting the vampires off of Josh and Nora's tails (haha, I made a funny, tails, get it?) 

I did missed Bishop & Henry this past episode and there is a lot of history that still needs to be explained. I want more of Henry & Aiden's relationship. Henry is his only child, there has to be a reason why he never created another? There has to be things that happened in those eighty years that we haven't seen yet.
