Small Changes
Small changes. Do you have a picky eater? A kid who hates veggies? Here are some small changes you can make to encourage your kiddo to try some new foods. 1. Get them involved. It can be anything from them helping cook or make the food, garden, picking something new out from the farmers market or store. At our house we have new recipe night for dinner. Sometimes it's a bust and we order pizza! Sometimes it rocks. 2. Colors! Rainbow eating! Bright colored veggies and fruits, Bell peppers, apples, broccoli! Make a fun game of trying a new color. 3. Cute names, much like the colors it's all about marketing the produce. Broccoli is not broccoli it's a tiny tree! Yellow peppers are not peppers, they're sun strips. 4. The most important don't beat yourself up if none of these work. Tomorrow is another day.
