I guess there's a lack of information due to Sonic Prime being announced first.

What do you think Sonic Rangers will be about? Will it be like Power Rangers?

No clue. It's hard to be hyped for a product when they haven't even revealed the title.

If "Rangers" is true, we might be looking at something more focused on the Super Power of Teamwork!!™, which I'm all for after 13 years of Solo Sonic and Forces dipping its toes in the concept again. I keep hoping for a system similar to Advance 3, mostly the Tag Action part which was really fun. I also hope that the leaks about an open world are true, although I personally wish for a more traditional 3D platforming à la Adventure. In any case, I can't say I would be sorry if the Boost formula takes a long break - I don't hate it, but it looks very taxing on the development of a game.

Anyway, thank you for reminding me Rangers is still a thing, considering SEGA hasn't mentioned it since June basically :V
