Klaus is the type of person who’d show up at his own funeral, see everybody crying, start crying too, and ask who died.

and then probably Luther or Diego would be crying so much they wouldn’t realise Klaus is there and just answer “Klaus”

and then Klaus would hug them and mourn himself w them probably without even realising he’s the Klaus who died until Five realises Klaus is there and alive and start cursing him.

and Luther would be like “Five stop cursing Klaus, he’s dead”

and Klaus would be like “who, me? wait, i’m the dead Klaus? oh no, i’m here, did I forget to mention? i’m immortal, sillies”

and Five would be FUCKING PISSED at him

Things about the Umbrella Academy’s childhood we’ve been told:

Viktor used to cry when the others stepped on ants 

Diego told Klaus that he would grow pubes if he licked a battery when they were 8

Luther used to marry Viktor’s action figures; Viktor caught him doing that

Ben and Diego made Allison’s Teddy say “Luther smells Dad’s underwear” 

Klaus broke his jaw when he was 12 years old after falling down the stairs trying to walk on Grace’s heels

After Five went missing Viktor would make sandwiches for him and leave them on the ground with the light on 

Allison rumored her way into a soccer club 

Diego and Klaus huffed paint together in the basement 

Luther wanted to go to summer camp; Reginald told him he would never go

Here to remind y’all that if the Sparrows did indeed get abused worse than the Umbrellas, that does not mean the Umbrellas did not have it that bad.  The Umbrellas were still horrifically abused.  They are not whining unnecessarily, their validity is not undermined, and they still very much have the right to be as fucked up as they damn well please.  Reg being more strategic now that he basically gets a do-over does not mean he’s not the exact same man he was the first time around.
